The space
It is an easy 2-minute walk to the Santa Clara beach access at the end of the street which is equipped with parking, restrooms, lifeguards during season, and a ramped walkway down to the beach (don't have to use stairs)!

Neighborhood Description
Seagrove’s collection of lush oak trees, magnolias, and laid back, yet luxurious lifestyles makes it a favorite of longtime South Walton visitors. The landscape is complemented by its diverse mix of boutiques, casual cafes and an altogether upbeat ambiance.
A stay in Seagrove is full of adventure! The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove is a preferred way to get around!
Just a stone's throw from the house is Café Thirty-A, a South Walton tradition. This favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A. Not far to the west, on Highway 395, Seagrove Village Market is a must for succulent shrimp po-boys and good old nostalgia, having been part of the Seagrove community since 1949. Surfing Deer is also a guest favorite and walkable from the home - ask to sit on the patio!
The Old Florida Fish House is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. You don’t want to miss out on their renowned sushi and live music! They also have a great outdoor space for kiddos and a wine bar/coffee shop next door! It is darling!!
The newly built Greenway Station is an easy bike ride away and has premium retail shopping and dining options, and The Big Chill 30A (formerly known as The Hub) is also just a quick ride away with lots of outdoor family fun including a large screen for watching sporting events and an open-air grassy area for kids to play!
With plenty of shady nooks, beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Seagrove is the perfect beach community for families looking for a classic Florida vacation vibe - and this house emulates that feel at every turn!

Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of WaterColor to the West or past The Big Chill to the East. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
