The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble The hotel's location was perfect Either a walk into town or using the excellent hotel shuttle. Food lovely and plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

Beautiful and relaxing holiday

So relaxing, amazing service & beautiful property! We had other accommodation booked for the last half of our trip but cancelled to stay another 3 nights at the Saga! Will be coming back again as we absolutely love this hotel and the kind staff

Nice hotel, with friendly staff.

The pool and facilities

Can be noisy with the walls being very thin. Was woken at 6am one morning with house keeping dragging furniture across the floor in the room directly above ours.

We stayed 3 nights in The Saga hotel. When we arrived in the hotel we got a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was very large and the beds were so comfortable. Best nights of sleep during our trip in vietnam. The breakfast was also very extensive with multiple types of eggs, a lot of fruit, good coffee and traditional vietnamese food. The staff was very helpfull during our stay. The hotel was close to the old town of hoi an (5 minutes with a taxi which is only 1 usd). All things considered, we had a perfect stay and will come back to the Saga if we are back in Vietnam!

Fantastisch

Alles was echt fantastisch bij dit hotel! We hebben een extra nacht bijgeboekt omdat we het zo heerlijk vonden. Doordat het hotel verschillende gebouwen heeft, met het zwembad als een soort binnenplaats, voelt het heel rustig en kalm aan. De kamer was ruim en schoon, evenals de badkamer. Het was een half uurtje lopen naar het oude centrum, maar dat was prima te doen. Er is een gratis shuttle (taxi of taxibusje) naar het strand en het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk.

Perfect family hotel, clean, nice rooms and great staff.

Hotel was perfect for our stay. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options both hot and cold, I enjoyed the omelets and bacon every day. The pool was amazing, and my family enjoyed that. For us location was perfect an easy GRAB to the old town or to the beach. We had the twin room with pool view, again would recommend those rooms. And finally the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Defiantly recommended and we will be back for sure

Enorm genoten. We komen zeker een keer terug.

Supervriendelijk personeel. Kamers waren schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is echt een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen. Vanaf de accommodatie ben je met een taxi snel bij alle hotspots. Perfecte ligging.

Lovely stay in beautiful hotel

The staff were wonderful and kind and went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. the pool was lovely and well maintained. The breakfast good. The standout was the evening meals in the restaurant. We dined in 4 times because the food was sooo good and very reasonably priced. Laundry was charged at very reasonable rate too.

The gym. It was very underwhelming. 2 treadmills stuck on an incline of 15%. Staff unable to rectify this. Only other machine was an antiquated cross trainer. As I chose this place for what looked like a reasonable gym I was very disappointed. I did suggest to management that they either improve the gym or get rid of it all together so people aren't disappointed like me.

Amazing hotel and service. Would definitely come back. The hotel is beautiful, new and well taken care of. Every service is top tier level and everyone is extremely professional and nice. I got sick just before getting to the hotel and they took care of me each day from the front office to the restaurant. The best experience I had when travelling in Vietnam would recommend 100% for you to stay here.

Bữa sáng ngon, nhân viên nhiệt tình, hồ bơi rộng rãi và có ghế ngồi nên buổi chiều ngồi hóng gió rất mát mẻ. Có xe đạp miễn phí, có thể đi dạo đến phố cổ rất gần. Mặc dù đến hơi sớm vào buổi sáng nhưng mình vẫn được khách sạn hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm. 10 điểm

Wonderful Hoi An stay

Everything! This place was sooooo pretty with gardens surrounding the pool and rooms. The pool was also perfect. We received a lovely welcome and we felt at home immediately. The locations within Hoi An is also great. Thankyou so much for making our stay such a perfect one.

Great staff and location. The garden was beautiful and a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Rooms were roomy and spotless. Situated outside the old quarter but this allows for no noise. First full nights sleep in Vietnam! There is still some amazing restaurants nearby. The closest 2 minutes! We stayed an extra 2 nights and would love to stay here forever. Highlight of our trip.

Superb

We loved this hotel, our favourite for our whole stay in Vietnam. Beautiful gardens, lovely swimming pool, which my daughter spent hours in. Nice breakfast. Good location within walking distance to Hoi An old town. Incredible hospitality from the staff. The connections to tour providers, taxis, etc. More than worth the money!

Love it!!

Superb customer service, hands down, the staff so helpful and accommodating, always a smile and a hello. Mattress was exceptional. Pool very clean and perfect for sunbath. Nice peace property just a short walk from old town They also helped us book a car back to the airport
