they had a issue with ants moved me to a third floor room with no elevator and door did not open

When I walked into the room their was a roach crawling in the shower . It smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in and it just didn’t feel clean.

Business ready to fail due to mentally ill new owner.
First night, flawless. I renewed the room for another day before check out time and the hotel owner knocks lightly twice, barges into my room as I’m saying I am not decent and attempts to barge in and push the door open against my resistance. He ends up calling the police even though I just paid and had no reason to barge into my room, forcing me to leave after we yelled at him. Owner is a nut job. Do not stay here.
The owner is an absolute nut job that barged into my room 10 minutes after I paid for another night when I was naked.

Lo tomamos con riesgo porque habíamos leído comentarios muy malos,pero no todo bien. La habitación estaba recién remodelada,tenía refrigerador, microondas,un fregadero,el piso limpio como nuevo,sin alfombra,el hotel se ve que está en remodelación.la piscina tenía de todo nuevo muy linda. La recepcionista muy amable no hablaba español,con traductor nos comunicamos. Parece más adelante van a habilitar lo del desayuno porque se ve el espacio nuevo, lastima no funcionaba por el momento.
Un poco de desorden,pero sabemos que era por la remodelacion,nos imaginamos,lo que si está mal es la ubicación para llegar nos enviaba no había nada,ví el comentario de un muchacho que dijo,hay que escribir "Nova inn resort" de la ubicación faltan como 8 minutos
