Short walk 3 min walk to East Ferry shops, restaurants, and beaches. Views from your porch of the July 4 fireworks and sailing races. Spectacular second floor "lookout" on spacious landing between the bedrooms. Rooms can be rearranged upon request with different bed configurations to suit your family's needs. Don made sure that we had a fabulous time at this fabulous property. Our 2 families had an amazing time due to Don's guidance and hospitality. Pro tip - Ask Don for a great tour on his 42' sailboat, Loon. Highly recommend!!!

It isn't often that a host understates his property but this is one of those times. The views, the home, the neighborhood were just terrific. The home was specious and comfortable with everything we needed either in walking distance or a very short drive. Host and experience was very laid back, just as a vacation should be. I would definetly recommend this property.
