The property is intended for domestic stay only and is not to be used for any commercial business operations.
Access Cards:
Upon check-out, guests are required to return the access cards in good condition. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.
No Smoking:
We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 5000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
