Even before the entrance to Resort Maastricht, at the foot of the Dousberg, these highly luxurious villas immediately catch the eye as you drive up. There are various types, but they are all characterised by their sleek architecture and superb construction materials. You'll be pleased to know that the exterior is an indication of what you'll find inside: beautiful warm rooms featuring attractive furniture and modern elements such as a luxurious open-plan kitchen with cooking island. Almost the entire rear facade of the villa is made of glass. Not only does help to create a sense of space, but this type of villa also offers a great view of the pond. Of course, you can also view the pond up close. The patio doors in the living room open directly onto the garden, which has a jetty at the end with comfortable seating. Although most of the rooms in and around the villa are designed to allow you to sit together as a group, all bedrooms are set up to guarantee privacy as well. An en-suite bathroom for each bedroom plays a part in this. The two bedrooms on the first floor also feature a large shared balcony.
