The three homes are situated in a large gated driveway that offers plenty of parking. There are several grassy areas for playing and lounging as well direct lake front access. All of the homes are equipped with Roku Smart TV’s as well as WIFI access. This private oasis is perfect for a family or group retreat in a great main channel location, and also close to many amenities.
**Please note this listing is to book all 3 properties in 1 gated compound on the lake.
If you wish to only book 1 or two of the property, that is also an option as they are listed separately. Just reach out and ask.**
This property is perfect for family reunions or small gatherings.

**ANY EXTRA PERSON AFTER 13 PEOPLE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE**
The houses are exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following:
- Newly added to be rented together for large families!
- Wi-Fi
- Central Heat and Air
- Free Parking
- Free use of kayaks, paddle boat and life jackets
- 3 grills total on the compound
- Self check-in and check-out
- Plenty of outdoor seating
- 1-3 dogs allowed MAX with a pet fee. Up to 50 pounds only. Although the compound is gated and we are assured your dog(s) are safe there is also a fenced in area as well.
-The trailer and cabin have central heat and air. The bus has a window AC unit, but cools great!
-Must be 25+ to book
-Each home must have at least 1 adult 25+ present. 3 adults in your party are required in your party.
As this is a lake front property in Arkansas we do recommend that you be sure to pack your bug spray and sunscreen!
