This spacious and comfortable apartment is ideal for up to 8 guests. It has 4 bedrooms, two double beds in each, and 2 full bathrooms. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with SmartTVs and a laptop-friendly workspace (desk and chair) to work or study. And, of course, there is excellent WiFi throughout the apartment.

When you don’t feel like going out to eat, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and everything you’d need to prepare your favorite meals. In it, you will find a Maïm water filter for hot or cold purified water any time you need it.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment, except for the owner’s closet, which is locked and off-limits to guests.

It's a place where you can enjoy leisurely strolls, indulge in world-class shopping and diverse culinary experiences, and immerse yourself in Mexico City's rich cultural heritage. Polanco is also home to some of Mexico City's most iconic landmarks. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world, just 2 km from the property. You can tour the castle there plus, the neighborhood's unbeatable location ensures easy access to the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.

Getting Around:
The property is 17.3 km (10.7 miles) from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

We offer transportation for an extra fee if you're not driving, just contact us in advance to arrange it. You can use authorized taxis in the airport or hire private car services or rideshares like Uber and DiDi in the city. Always agree on the fare before starting the journey and carry local currency (Mexican Pesos) for payment.

There is one parking space subject to availability. We will send you a QR code to access the parking and share the parking team's contact info before you arrive.

Please note check out is 10 am. Late check-out with an additional charge can only be confirmed the night before the departure. Extending beyond this time without any advance notice will result in a penalty fee.

- Travelers must be at least 18 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- The gas alarms are very sensitive. Remember to close the stove and keep a window slightly open.

- Please do not attempt to open the owner’s closet. It is to remain locked for the duration of your stay.
- We offer a starter kit with coffee, tea bags, sugar, toilet paper and more. Please note that these are not replenished when they run out.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To ensure availability, please request baby amenities at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Moving the furniture is prohibited. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional fee.

Interaction with Guests:
When you arrive, the doorman will let you into the building. The property is accessed using a door code. Any codes and access information will be sent to you before your arrival.
