This beautiful three-bedroom house with three floors is located in Dublin and is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The open space design connects the dining room, living room, and kitchen, creating an inviting ambience.
The living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. There's also a backyard with seating areas providing the ideal setting for outdoor relaxation and dining.
The dining room features a table for five. In contrast, the well-appointed kitchen features an island sink and includes all the cookware and utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a dryer, and an ironing facility to meet your laundry needs.
The property features a dedicated office space with a desk and an armchair, making it ideal for remote workers or those who need to catch up on some reading.
The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a double bed, and the third has a single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. All bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers for all your storage needs.
The property also includes one bathroom and a powder room, ensuring that everyone has enough space and privacy. All the bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
