- Pet Friendly for 2 dogs, 60 pounds or less, non-aggressive dogs only. Must get approval from Exclusive 30A and pay a nonrefundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets will result in fines and possible eviction
- Complimentary Use of 6 Taxi Bikes, serviced regularly by La Dolce Vita to ensure they are in top shape for your arrival
- Complimentary Use of a 6-seater golf cart managed by La Dolce Vita. Must sign a waiver to gain access to the cart
