There is a basement unit that is also used as a vacation rental, so there may (or may not) be another guest staying at the house at the same time. The basement unit guest will use street parking.

HEATING & COOLING
Heating is central except in the loft area where the primary bedroom is. It is equipped with portable heaters in the cooler months. For cooling, as the home is older and quirky, we have window ACs in all the bedrooms for the warmer months. There are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms for your comfort.

INTERNET
Fiber Optics - Very high-speed at 1 GIG that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails.

SECURITY
We are equipped with Ring Security system. Exterior security cameras are installed on all sides of the house.


THINGS TO NOTE:
• There is a basement unit that is also used as a vacation rental, so there may be another guest staying at the house at the same time. The basement unit guest will use street parking.
• Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
