Would you like to spend your vacation in a stylishly furnished villa just a short walk from the nearest beach and close to historic Sibenik, without sacrificing the comfort of a private pool? Villa Sibinium offers all this and much more. With 4 bedrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 7 people. The living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, are located on the first floor. From there you have access to the covered terrace with a dining table, a charcoal barbecue and the inviting pool. A bedroom and a bathroom with shower are also located on the first floor. The remaining bedrooms and another bathroom are on the upper floor. One of the rooms has a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding area - a perfect place to start the day right. The location of the villa is fantastic and allows for a variety of activities. Furthermore, the villa is fully fenced, offers 2 private parking spaces and is a great choice for your vacation in Dalmatia.Villa Sibinium is located in Jadrija, on the Srima peninsula, just a few kilometers from the beautiful town of Sibenik, known for its beautiful Cathedral of St. James. The cathedral has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Jadrija is actually a part of Sibenik and has developed as a seaside resort for the people of Sibenik. The town of Vodice is about 10 km from Jadrija and is a popular tourist hotspot. The lively coastal town is famous for its beautiful beaches and numerous events that take place during the summer months, such as concerts, festivals and folklore events. Just a short drive from the villa, the facets of the spectacular nature that characterizes this region are revealed - imposing mountains, the breathtaking Krka waterfalls and the varied coastline. Another advantage of this area is its proximity to the Krka and Kornati National Parks, as well as the Vrana Lake Nature Park (Vransko Jezero). Only about 60 km separate this area from Trogir, the city with its UNESCO-protected medieval town center. During your stay you can visit one of the nearby islands such as Murter, Prvic or Zlarin.
