This reverse living, split-level home has all the amenities to suit everyone’s needs.
Upstairs is the spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, and access to the two upper decks. The stunning living room is equipped with a gas fireplace embedded in the river rock floor-to-ceiling hearth, floor-to-ceiling windows, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating to enjoy a great movie.
The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for cooking the perfect meal for everyone to enjoy. Don’t feel like cooking, then let the grill master take over and BBQ on the gas grill located on one of the upper decks. The dining area is centered between the two accesses to the upper decks, both with patio furniture for everyone to enjoy those summer days in Sunriver.
Also upstairs, is a half bath and two of the six En suites. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a full hide-a-bed, a flat-screen smart TV, a desk and chair with a printer, and a large walk-in closet. The stunning bathroom has a dual vanity, a large soaking tub, and an open walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 also has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a flat-screen smart TV. The bathroom has a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs are the remaining bedrooms, the laundry room, access to the hot tub and to the garage.
Bedroom #3 has two twin-over-full futon bunk beds, a flat-screen smart TV, and private access to the hot tub and downstairs patio area. The bathroom has a tub-shower combination. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, a window bench for seating, and a flat-screen smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom #5 has a king-size bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and private access to the downstairs patio and hot tub area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #6 also doubles as the recreation room and is the perfect place for the teenagers of the group. This room has it all. Two queen-sized futons, a large flat-screen TV with a surround sound system, a foosball table, a pool table, a checker/chess table, a walk-in closet, an armoire full of games, and a wet bar area. The wet bar area has seating, a sink, and a microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The laundry room has a washer and two dryers with access to the patio and hot tub area.
The garage has 14 bikes, 2 tag-a-longs, and 1 burley for your enjoyment. Also in the garage is the ping pong table and an extra refrigerator to stock for those holiday meals.
