Beautifully landscaped with lovely tree lined flagstone patio and fire pit area and small gradual rock walk-in to the lake. Approximately 8 feet off the dock for fishing and swimming. 2 slip boathouse with bar fridge, small beer keg set up and deck up top with lovely outdoor furniture and glass railings for an uninterrupted view of the lake.

The open living area boasts classic cottage furnishings as well as a life cycle professional Elliptical and a few weights along with a telescope.
The original wing features rich Muskoka cottage style original gorgeous cedar ceilings and walls. The nautical style living room features a beautiful stone wood non-functioning fireplace & flat screen TV the living room leads to a raised private lakefront deck .
