We didn't stay. When we arrived we saw mattresses in the dumpster, which is usually a sign that there were bedbugs. We didn't want to take any chances when we saw that our room had a brand new bed frame and mattress.

The staff is one of the fendliest I have ever encountered, especially Lindsey. She always had a smile and was eager to help. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Hotel is close to everything, food, gas, shopping and easy acces to the highway. This will be my go to whenever im in town.

The hotel was great! Perfect location, great price and close enough to all attractions we were visiting. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Water pressure, AMAZING! Check in and check out was super easy and staff was great! Thank you. We will be returning on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

We checked out shortly after we checked in due to the room smelt like smoke and the inner security lock was broken. We were told we were going to receive a refund but nothing has happened as of yet.

We had a great time. No issues checking we arrived 15 minutes earlier and we were able to check into our room without any issues. We did not require any deposit because we did not have any pets, or smoked. It was pretty awesome! Looking forward to staying here in the future. Hopefully by then the pool and spa are open! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

The building is getting updated, the staff were super friendly. The one complaint is that there was no bathroom door in our room. Other than that the bed was comfy, AC worked great.

Staff was very nice. The room was very large, which is good. But door did not seal so was quite noisy. Could even hear people in next room. The area had lots of lights outside from business across street. But curtains would not close or block out light. Very hard to sleep with light pouring in. Breakfast was okay but didn’t begin until 7, which was inconvenient for me.

Pros: We enjoyed our 4 night stay, comfortable beds and pillows. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator in our room which was nice and the room was very quiet. The free breakfast was okay, we don't prefer a lot of sugar in the morning so kind of wished there were plain oatmeal options, but overall it was okay. The staff is very friendly and always will to help with anything. Safe area area with places to eat and shop within walking distance. Cons: It has been recently remodeled, but not the best (cracks in drywall, missing fan covers, ect.). Overall: for the price would definitely stay again.

The new owners and staff were AMAZING! The property is older but the new owners have done a fantastic job renovating. The new owners Mr and Mrs So are great people and truly want to ensure your stay at their hotel is pleasant. They made our stay far more enjoyable with their genuine hospitality and recommendations for places to visit while vacationing in Colorado Springs.
