We had a great time! very chic styling of the property. I was very clean and pleasing!!! Our room was very nice. I have never had a half bath in a hotel room.

Indigo is our preferred hotel when we visit Atlanta. This stay, however, was different. After checking in, my husband and I got dressed to attend an event. We returned around 11:30 and got dressed for bed. Around midnight, the heating unit began clicking. This lasted all night and continued through check out the next morning. Needless to say, we didn’t get any sleep. I spoke with the person at the front desk regarding the issue and even provided her with video as proof. She said the hotel had been having trouble with their unit since it’s getting colder. Although she was very polite and apologetic, she didn’t offer anything to rectify the problem— no credit for a future stay or any type of reimbursement. I’m assuming the hotel is also very short staffed. It took us an hour to be served breakfast that we purchased as a part of our stay. Again, staff was very apologetic and polite.

We have stayed at this particular Hotel Indigo 3 times now because we love it!!! It is clean, modern, and sophisticated. Great location and the friendliest, most caring staff in Atlanta. They are currently undergoing some renovations, not that they need to but to stay updated and fresh, but they disguise it so well we never knew. Looking forward to our next trip to ATL to stay at our home away from home again.

Indigo Hotels hits differently. Walking up to the property you hear music......walking into the property you see people socializing in the restaurant, then you are warmly greeted by the Front desk staff. The decor immediately catches your eyes and makes you pause and smile, then your room brings it all home. The style choices are interesting, comfortable and inviting. I will be back....... Maybe tonight.

The hotel is amazing. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is super clean. Room is spacious. The only downfall is that the restaurant downstairs stopped service at around 8 or 830 even though it says it's supposed to be open until 10. That's the only issue i had during the stay.

Unfortunately the hotel would not assist me in getting my booking dates changed to next month. I was redirected to two other websites that also did not provide any assistance. My reservation went on without me. I never checked in nor did I physically go to the hotel as I live 2 hours away. No one from the hotel reached out or sent any kind of email, phone call or message showing concern. Now the booking is complete and the dates cannot be changed. I do not recommend the customer service I received during this experience to anyone. They made me feel like they were taking care of my issue but never provided any follow up information or anything at all. ALWAYS TAKE SCREENSHOTS ON YOUR PHONE/ TABLET/ IPAD whatever you have..I promise you will need them for proof/ reference.

Carpet in hallway on the third floor where we stayed was filthy. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Toilet struggled to clear when flushed. Housekeeping knocked in door in the am in spite of the do not disturb sign on the exterior doorknob. Not impressed.

I stayed in room 229, the loudest room imaginable. Outside the room was an a/c compressor which cycled loudly every 5 to 7 minutes all night long. When the air came on in the room, it sounded like a freight train. Not good for rest too say the least

The staff and shower was great!!! But the for cleanliness not so great! The sheet had hair in them...a nice size ball of hair. I wasn't sure if it was human or dog. I made a complain and was moved to another room that was supposed to have a balcony but it more like a guardrail for adult. We was offered some points but staff. This is the 2nd time i have stay in a ihg chain hotel and there was dog food under the bed the 1st time. I'm just convinced i will never stay at an ihg chain again. Can't ever get a can room....smh

The air doesn’t work at this property . I had to change room 3 times . FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! The property isn’t kept up because one of my rooms the ceiling was peeling with mold at the top . The outside of property wasn’t manicured at all . It looked as if the grass hasn’t been cut in months .

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation, even though it was showing on my end she tried to make me pay for the room again and at a higher rate. When we got into the room that night there were ants in the bed and AC was out. The room was at 80 degrees. It was so uncomfortable. I was able to speak with a manager by phone but never on the property. It took two days for us to finally get a room change. The were not accommodating nor professional. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.

I don't know why we keep giving this property another chance. This will definitely be the last. We had the front desk tells us they never carried pack and plays / Cribbs so we had my mom drive across town to pick up one from a friend so my toddler had something to sleep in. Then we found out they actually DO have them. Then our AC didn't work in our room and we were laughed at and then told we could be taught how to reset the unit, which we had to do every afternoon and it room wouldn't cool down until about 1am every evening. Thankfully we were only there 3 nights but it was ridiculous. We stay there because the pool is big and the location is great but we are done.

Convenient to the area we needed to be in, room was clean and fresh, the staff was very professional and friendly and the shuttle was awesome. This will be my go to for my next visit to Truist Park.
