The hotel was nice and the staff was all very helpful and nice.. the only problem we experienced was that they had a Christmas party booked and there was no parking in the parking deck

This is our go-to stop when we drive south. Very convenient to walking around downtown Knoxville and I especially like the “Ladies Parking”!

We had a great experience but taken shortcuts like not rotating the beds and there’s actually dips in the beds. Does not make sure establishment. I recommended establishment as you know is the most important thing to help and when you have a mattress does not make for a happy customer.

This hotel is just ok. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything in other rooms and the hallway. Beds- hard. It’s in a nice area though.

We"ve stayed at this hotel for years. I just wish they had a incentive program for returning guest during UT football season. The rate goes up so so high we cant afford it on a retirement budget. We are taking our grandson to a game this weekend and cant afford to stay there. Makes me sad because I love the hotel and the staff is wonderful.

We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!

I've stayed here several times, but this last time was disappointing. The service was great, as usual, but the room, not so much. We had a nice room facing Market Square. Unfortunately, the noise level from the street was unbearable. We got, at most, a few hours of sleep. It was an endless parade of cars and motorcycles revving their engines loudly, police and fire truck sirens, and loud music. Mind you, we were on the 7th floor with all of the windows closed, and it sounded like the cars were in our actual room. The cherry on the sundae was the AC in the room - it was feast or famine. The room itself was humid, and the temp was either freezing or muggy, but never comfortable. I've never experienced anything like this at this property, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt and hope that it was just a one-time thing. Nonetheless, I'll request a room on the opposite side of the building next time to hopefully avoid the street noise.

Hotel and location are fabulous. Getting in the hotel is a nightmare no more than 2 cars can really be in the drive. Entering and exiting the parking garage is terrible and has been fogging on for over 2 years and doesn’t appear close to completion
