Stayed here few years ago. It’s a hotel that looks like they are trying to revive but not that successful. Has a dark Erie feeling to it. Pics looks better online then in person. Sheets were stained/dirty along with towels. Changed rooms but tv didn’t work. I was told it needed reset bc of previous occupants info on tv. They did reset but previous occupants info was still logged in and saved. Sheets in 2nd room were stained as well. Just Erie feeling to this property.

The staff were all very accomodating and friendly from check in to check out. The care in the common areas was apparent and the consistent theme throughout was nice. The Island Sips restaurant was immaculately clean, well priced and delivered an excellent selection of items. My only critique, which is a large one, was the lack of housekeeping in room. Despite a sign in the bathroom that clearly says sheets and towels are changed daily. We had NO housekeeping during our 3 night stay. The second day I had to go to the front desk to request additional towels and informed them that we had not had any housekeeping and still the following day/night we had none as well. Our garbage accumulated and generally seemed like not a concern for the hotel. Also upon arrival the mini fridge was sitting in water from ice melting inside. This was easy enough to clean up but was an unwelcomed first impression.

Nice hotel for the price. The staff is really friendly. My only complaints are it's not close to any fine dining and my patio door was stuck shut. Maintenance opened it fpr me one but I felt uncomfortable asking again.

Older place but clean. Front desk and service was awful!! Almost to the point of rude. Constantly had to ask for towels, tv to be fixed, front desk said they didn’t have availabllity for another night, but could book online. Little cafe was open, but no help to be found. Having to evacuate from hurricane, you would think they would be a bit nicer.

Ok at value prices. Comfortable, relatively clean. No soap at sink or in shower dispenser so housekeeping error. Parking areas are noticeably dark at night. Nice staff.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean and quiet. It was not fancy. However, OUR ROOM HAD NO LOCKS and THE PHONE DID NOT WORK! Those are enough to warrant a low rating. When we asked about the lock on the door, we were told no rooms had locks. When the hotel was renovated...3 years ago, the building shifted and the locks did not connect. WHAT!!?? It had one of those flimsy bars that goes across the door. I should have taken a picture. When we realized there was no ironing board, we tried to call the desk...the phone did not work. So, we went down to let them know we needed a board and the phone didn't work. We were asked if we want someone to come and fix the phone. Again, What!? This could be a really cool place to get away for the weekend but I want to lock my door when I go in my room and have a working phone. Everything else is irrelevant.

Although not walkable to restaurants, etc, everything is extremely close to the property,if you have a car. The room was impeccably clean, probably the best that we've ever stayed in! The hotel is older, but of historical value and was enjoyable. And the jerk chicken at the tiki Bar was absolutely amazing, don't miss it! Thanks guys for sharing how you prepare it!

Last min stay to visit family in miami. The hotel was decent and everything was clean. The issue was the parking. They complete weddings and other event at their venue and the parking during those events which ran all times of the day and night was horrible. We also could still hear some of the music close to midnight in our room in the upper floors. We were able to sleep through the night once asleep and we’re not awaken by it but if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue.

The whole place need plenty of maintenance, They are calling themselves Golf Resorts, I still looking for the Golf course and I been treated better in a regular one night hotel than in this “golf resort” which I don’t recommend to any golfer cause they would be very disappointed as I was. The lady in the front desk She always on the phone, even if you are in front her she still talking with Her friends and I have to listen things that I don’t need to listen. Five minutes later and if you are lucky enough she may be gonna cut off the phone and say who can I help you? They need a better manager, I better administration. Wyndham hotels should be ashamed
