Charging for wifi and parking is absurd. I am paying to stay one night and with a 4pm check in I was at your hotel for 16 hours, covering the wifi and parking seems like the most basic thing you can do for your customers. Also the TV had a single working channel.

Pool and spa were yellow with urine from kids, heater and ac in room didn't work, tried to use phone to call about it, phone didn't work, they ended up setting some portal heaters, paint is chipping old and the whole place needs a remodel. Not the Embassy Suites accommodation I'm used to. Other lower priced hotels in the area are a better bet.

The property is very old and the staff did not seem friendly. 1. We did not come during the peak season but we were given the room at the far end of the hotel even though we had 2 kids. 2. Everyday morning, there will be a line at the breakfast counter with only one person juggling to make omelettes in 4 stoves. The same person seemed very rude when talking to the hotel guests Quality 1. The quality of the food was not great in the morning specially the cupcakes. Even the omlettes that were freshly made had ok taste. 2. The property seemed old, and everywhere it said, park at your own risk 3. The carpet in the room was very old. If you have kids, who plays or sits on the carpet, then this hotel is not recommended. It felt like dirt had accumulated in the carpet over a long period of time and no particular attention was paid to clean the carpets.

The happy hour reception upon arrival was a great surprise and very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding as well. The room was clean and hugh since it is a suite. It was disappointing not to have wi fi provided in the room however all else was great.

The check in by the hotel staff was really great. The room was ok. The bathroom door was warped. You could see where there had been a flood in the bathroom, the door had a water warp line about a foot off the floor. It looked really bad.

Customer service was the worst I have ever recieved. Alexa is terrible asked to speak with a manager and mever one available left my number for the manager to call never recoeved a call. Marriott is the way to go dont stay here

hotels.com did not pay for the room in a timely manner hotel billed me at checkout would not remove charge until I threaten to call police i gave hotel reset when i checked in they said room was not paid for .but manager approved my receipt when i checked in .but manager was not there when i checked out so they billed me

Overall the hotel needs an update or some good cleaning. The carpet in our room is rundown and needs definitely cleaning. Our bathroom light was dark coming from the mirror and toilet needed help so we have to call front desk three times for someone to come and fix it so we have to go downstairs to use it. It took more than an hour before someone came to fix it.

While everyone was very nice the hotel needs some work such as updates to include water pressure, bathrooms less than desirable. Not very ADA compliant as it relates to getting ice, opening doors and getting to restaurant. Basically, not a "restaurant. Only good for free breakfast. Went for dinner and you basically had a bar food menu. No one other than bartender working so took 1 hour to get our food after she took order because she was so busy at bar she couldn't get our food. Will not stay here again. Very disappointed.

Low score since the WiFi isn’t “free” and you have to pay for parking every night. You have to sell your data signing up to their Hilton rewards membership in exchange for a ridiculously low slow speed connection. You’ll be charged for regular speeds. The beds and sheets were comfortable but the room was outdated and not a premium experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was not clean, AC didn’t work, door hinge was off of the door, sink had a leak, there was some other things. Was promised better room next day no one knew anything about it. Only good thing was a refund.

We got there at 330, however didn’t get rooms till almost 5. We get to our room finally and it smelled bad. Very moldy. The room are 1980’s They are in desperate need to be upgraded. The bathroom was extremely small , even smaller than a cruise ship. The bed was all lumpy like the mattress was 25 or 30 years old The couch, whistle old and greasy, if you said you almost to the floor Adjust the air and turn it down. It’s extremely warm in there. The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. Motel six is definitely an upgrade. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody and simple words. It’s a dump.

Only one front desk person checking guests in. The line was 6 guests deep. Took over 20 minutes to get checked in and we were first in line. No bedding in the closet for the pull out couch. The shade on the bedroom window was off the track. Sheets and pillows were comfortable.

The room was very dirty and outdated. The bathroom sink did not have hot water and the cold water was a trickle. The shower worked 50% of the time. Our TV in the room had 2 channels. I was informed by the front desk after asking about just 2 channels that the hotel has “Directv” and that’s all they knew. The property has potential but would never recommend staying here.

Mold in bathtub. Bathroom closet sized. In 14 hours temp climbed from 69 degrees all the way to 73. Breakfast, out of eggs, bacon potatoes. Line for omlettes in time for lunch. Bed was comfortable.
