The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but check in was awful. My booking was for 1 night, 4 adults, 2 rooms and the hotel was adamant I only had a booking for one room! The receptionist got a manager on the phone for me who was also adamant one confirmation number was one room so I had to end up paying 2 separate charges and thankfully another room was available!!!!

Hotel is pretty run-down. The elevator sounds like a death-trap and has visible corroding on the door and an expired certificate on the wall. The room had a broken sink that wouldn't allow any water to drain. Front-desk staff were not helpful, there is no maintenance personnel on the property from 4pm on. Overpriced for value.

I’ll start by saying we didn’t check in till midnight and checked out before 9 am, so I did not have time to bring these issues up with the hotel staff. When I booked, I picked the “pay at hotel option”, as I was unsure where finances would be. When I arrived I tried handing them a card different from the one I entered when booking, and was told it had charged earlier in the day. Not ideal, and I can take blame for that, but I’m sure that would be a much bigger problem for others. We got to our room, and there were several issues: -The Double Sofa Bed advertised was only a twin. This was an issue when I was planning on having my two young kids sleep on it together. -It also had no bedding what so ever. I had to go to the front desk to get linens just to sleep on it. -The microwave was very dirty. We refused to use it for our leftovers -The toilet seat was so loose that I thought it might fall off. -Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. That’s just gross. I tried adjusting the drain and ended up losing half my finger nail because it didn’t want to move. -TV would just turn off after 10 minutes or so, and would “reset”, so that the volume was very loud when turned back on. Made the mistake of turning it back on once and waking up my kids, then when it turned off again I just gave up. These issues might have been isolated to my room, as relatives I had in another room were happy with it. But I definitely was not pleased with my stay for the cost, even as a budget hotel.

Two days. Dog friendly, excellent breakfast, room comfortable, a bit pricy. 12 minute ride to Morven Park Equestrian Center. Great Mex Restaurant across Market Street. Food in walking distance. Good location to Rt 15/7. One mile to downtown old Leesburg.

I arrived at Best Western Leesburg ready to check in only to find nobody at the desk. I called out several times "hello?" with no response. I then yelled "HELLO?", still no response. A couple came in after me, and a single after them. Now we have 5 people waiting and nobody at the desk. I finally called the hotel phone and a gentleman came from the back to answer the phone. Very disappointed. I'll pass on this hotel in the future.

We had a late check-in, which was easy. However, the shower setup was a bit wonky; the temperature knob for the shower was the exact opposite of where hot and cold was, plus the paint on the soap tray was coming off. Also the toilet seat was a bit loose and couldn't be tightened, indicating that the thread for the bolt holding the seat in place was stripped. The breakfast included was nothing special; convenient if you needed something quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again, as the issues were very minor.

My husband and I took a quick trip to visit a family wedding. This location was convenient to the event. The property was clean, breakfast was included, and we enjoyed a nice stay. The desk clerk was friendly and suggested a few places close by for a light dinner since the weather was rainy when we checked in.

The check in process was very smooth, representative at desk was very friendly. Room was clean and AC worked well. Went down to bkfast at 8:45 am and they were running low on omelet toppings so get there early. They did also have his it’s with gravy, sausages, potatoes, and other contential breakfast items. Coffee was good. They also had an outdoor pool which was a plus in this heat!!

The hotel definitely needs an upgrade. The sheets were yellowed, blanket worn, and I found a long hair on what I assume was supposed to be “clean” sheets. Carpet is old. Bathroom had a urine smell. The checkin took patience. Staff did as much as they could to expedite things but the system wasn’t working to make keys for the room. Still editing for a call from the desk on checkout. Staff said they couldn’t check me out because it showed I pay cash which I did not. I will never stay in this hotel again.
