Noisy. You can hear people talking in the corridor at 5AM and guests walking above our room. The building is old and was never upgraded. The bathroom door is hard to open and close.

At arrival (late night) the staff was not so friendly. Later discovered a pool of muddy water on the nightstand under the lamp and a pool of water on the floor. There was no place to store clothes or enough hangers. I reported all to the front desk and was given the business card for the maintenance department to talk it out with them (like I was an employee of the hotel). Several other things were evident related to the cleanliness and maintenance of the place.

Not happy they charged us $25 to check in early when our room was already ready and it was only 2 hrs. It was very hot in our room and I complained they really didn’t fix it

It was just “okay”. Toilet was broken and would barely flush, found a spider on our ceiling, and the beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit is very loud and disrupts sleep.

We stay here because it's close to our granddaughter and Great grand babies. The facility is showing its age around the edges just a bit, but is very clean overall. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The beds were comfy and the A/C powerful!

Room and overall interior was clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were in poor condition. The hot tub had dirt piled up in the bottom and the jets/heater did not work. No notice of it being out of order. The pool desperately needs a remodel or a cleaning. Service was average at the very best. Asked for a pair of ear plugs, was told maintenance would bring them and they never arrived. The bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. The room also had some strange electrical gremlins with the outlets going on. The real bug bear was no free breakfast of any kind and the restaurant was rather over priced with very limited hours and selection. I would stay here again as it's near my event but it does not live up to the Radisson name or the Radisson price.

Overall it was fine for one night and for the price but I would not stay there again. The lobby had been remodeled and was nice but the rest of the hotel was old and kinda gross. The walls were very thin. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the workers were very nice and helpful.
