We have stayed at this hotel many times due to how excellent it is. My only complaint was the breakfast. Used to I boasted how wonderful the omelettes tasted and other food selections. I don’t know if they have changed their egg mixture or if the grill was having issues but my omelette was not fluffy and was slightly charred. Please go back to the other mixtures.

Strange property and Parkin situation is not good. Breakfast is why I ever choose to stay at an ES

My wife was having surgery in Oklahoma City. We live in Texas. I wanted to make sure before and after her surgery, she had a comfortable place to be. I chose this hotel without knowing much about it, but looked at the reviews and it seemed nice. It turned out to be excellent. They have super comfortable beds, friendly staff a terrific breakfast with a lot of options at nighttime happy hour with snacks and free drinks at the bar it’s safe and classy. I felt completely safe with my daughters there and my wife there plenty of restaurants, nearby shopping, etc. it will definitely be where I stay when I go to Oklahoma City from now on.

The trip was very nice. My only complaint is the TV and the Internet did not work. Could never log on. It would not recognize my room name or number.

My family and I were there for a funeral. Unfortunately, is was postponed due to tornadoes. On Sunday morning we were awaken by an alert on the phone and had to call the front desk to be told to go to the 2nd floor. On Monday morning the alarms in the hotel actually went off..which we were appreciative of! They took good care of us!

The hotel was clean, inviting, and I loved the curtains in the rooms. The view was beautiful and the room was immaculate! It was comfortable, the front desk staff were amazing (Trinity and Laura are who we interacted with the most), and I LOVED the evening reception (cocktail hour). Each room is allotted two drinks per night, and the atmosphere was wonderful. When we left and came back to the room, our towels had been replenished as well. The amenities were outstanding and my family and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly!
The only very minor complaint I had was that the bed in our room was just slightly uncomfortable, and the remove control to the tv was a bit frustrating. It wouldn't allow us to get to a guide channel and the volume on the remote wouldn't allow the tv to be turned down below 11.
Aside from that, it was a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to stay here again!

Wait staff were very helpful when I thought I lost my phone.
They did not speak English but used their phone as an interpreter. Very helpful. Thanks

The staples in my room stabbed my foot. I called two members of the staff and they did nothing. Didn’t even try to fix it. Will never stay there again. I will post this as a review if I am not contacted first.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. We reserved a king suite and were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room. It was very spacious, plus they put us up on the 14th floor after I asked for a room on an upper floor. Cook to order breakfast was over the top delicious. We would stay at the hotel again.

We stayed for a night getaway and it was not a very good night. Room never got cold and the bed was hard. Husband didn’t sleep at all.

The suite was absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed having a room to lounge in and a room to sleep in and being able to just shut the door and take a nap while someone else was watching tv or on the phone was so nice. Housekeeping was really good and we had everything we needed. We were in town for a basketball tournament and there were a lot of people at the hotel. The guest laundry was very accessible and there were 3 washers and 3 dryers so we all managed to get our laundry done. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing!!! The food was so good, and the made to order pancakes, French toast, waffles, and omelets was a real treat. People were really loading up on the breakfast items. We didn't get a chance to use the pool during our 3 day 2 night stay. The biggest complaint was about the elevators, they seem rather old and lots of noises. One was shut down sometime after we arrived the first day so that left 2 elevators for 16 floors. One of the two still open was stuck with people inside for a while on our second day. I tried the stairs and they were okay on one end of the hall but the other set of stairs had obviously patched concrete and they moved and made noise when you walked down them. Just didn't make me feel real confident infusing them, but the elevators took forever to get to the upper floors and we got tired of waiting. If I could give a 5 star to everything but the elevators, and a 3 star for the elevators I would.

The rooms were nice - comfortable bed and bedding, temperature in room was right, everything was clean. The man that checked us in put us at the end of a hallway so it was quiet and that was nice. The pocket door to the bathroom didn’t work as it needed maintenance. It was clear the property for the weekend I was there was bare-bones staffed and maintained. During the afternoon happy hour, there should’ve been at least 2 bartenders but there was only 1 working and she was clearly drowning.. I felt bad for her. One elevator stopped working while we were there so leaving to check out was difficult. I heard something about the fire dept. having been there the night before my check out because people were stuck on the elevator. I checked out the pool but it was clearly very dirty.. my partner is professionally trained to maintenance pools and he insisted we not use the pool because he thought we would get an infection if either one of us put our heads under. The breakfast wasn’t the quality I’m used to at an Embassy Suites property. This hotel would be a lot nicer if it were better staffed and maintained.

Always clean, always consistent, always lots of travel team sports kids. Even so, as retirees this is our “regular” hotel in OKC and we highly recommend it. We ask for a room at the end of the hall and eat late breakfast - no complaints!

Cannot complain at all about this hotel stay other than our backs hurt a bit from the bed and pool was closed at least a day of our stay. Everything was spot on otherwise. Big shout out to the gal making omelettes, French toast, etc. food was great and she is fast!
