Close to transport options. Trains , trams, buses. Walkable to most areas. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy. Bed comfortable but pillows were appalling. Collapsed i to nothing. Had a small cushion which made it slightly better. Overall comfortable stay.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly after the previous guests. The handwashing soap was empty. It took 3 reminders to the front desk to get the hand washing soap and a couple of towels. The rooms are dated and looks nothing like what it looks online. The place is close to the station and outside the station was filled with drunkards at night. Not coming back to this hotel again. I have a feeling we were treated a little differently as we were Indians and were given a not so clean room. I am sure I left the room cleaner than I got it.

Positives are hotel is close to train station and public transit. Family room is spacious for a group of 4. Amenities are dated and not in best working order - limited electrical outlets, doors that don’t shut, no clock, no usb charging, showers that fall apart, a/c that sorta works.

Customer service at breakfast was poor. The pool was freezing and not heated as advertised. When we queried this, the hotel staff implied that it was because we look to be from Asia, a bit racist in my opinion, people from Asia would be able to tell that water is not heated and I’ve lived in London for more than half my life!

The train station and bus stop area including the area down to this hotel are less than desirable from a safety perspective. The hotel room was very small even though we were in the Exec area. The room cleaning missed obvious things including cleaning the mirrors, cleaning out the fridge… the carpet in the hotel was very stained and an eye sore. We also had a cup of coffee at the hotel. It was one of the worst during the trip. We hope the hotel will make better investments to clean these items up.

30 minutes out from the old town walking, however close to the train station and bus stop for easy convenience. Did not pay for breakfast as it was 23-25 euro per person. Clean hotel room.

We booked 2 rooms for one family. We recieved the first room and were told the second one is still not ready. When it was we found out that it was in the other end of the corridor. When asked to relocate to a closer room we were told the hotel is fully booked. The AC in the first room was not working we asked for service. The service came and reset the control panel and told to call if the room does not cool in one hour. Nothing changed the AC kept on blowing hot air instead of cold. When called we were told that technical service should attend and unfortunately there is none on duty as it is a weekend. When asked for a room change again we have been told that the hotel is fully booked. During check in there was a long que meaning there has been rooms checkin on the same day. So we can not understand how two rooms close to eachother and with a working AC could not be provided.

Close to train station. Staff very nice. Not crazy about the area. Buffet breakfast was good on Sunday but had to bring my own tea (don’t have black tea/English breakfast/orange pekoe however I saw “plain black tea” in the lobby on last day so it does exist). Monday went around 830. There was very little food, a few buns, hash browns were gone and they ran out of hot water. Paid 23 euro for a small bun with cheese

Hotel is close to the train station so it is very convenient to get to and from the inner city. The construction in front is a bit noisy during the day. The rooms were clean and cozy. Dining options nearby mall. Overall a great stay in Salzburg.

Horrible property, non smoking room had someone's sock covering the smoke detector and the room smelled like a cigar bar. Tried to open window but a huge building construction project is going on next door so 400 men with big machines starting at 5:00 am. Blow dryer inop, toilet barely flushed. Says Airport Hotel but airport is 35 minute taxi ride. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. I will be requesting a refund on my stay.
