**Review: Royal Mansour Casablanca Hotel**
As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that the Royal Mansour Casablanca Hotel is the pinnacle of luxury accommodation in Morocco. The moment you step into the hotel, you're greeted with an ambiance of elegance and sophistication that sets it apart from any other establishment in the country.
The culinary offerings at Royal Mansour are unparalleled. The variety and quality of food are exceptional, making it the best dining experience you can find in a Moroccan hotel. The only contender that comes close is La Mamounia in Marrakech. Every meal here is a gourmet delight, prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail.
While the hotel is exceptional, a couple of minor glitches are worth mentioning. Some amenities in the bathroom, like ear cleaners, were missing. Also Housekeeping, in particular, is an area that hasn't yet been perfected .This might not be a major issue, but it's something some guests might need. Additionally, a few surfaces in the room could have been cleaner. However, these are minor details in an otherwise flawless experience.
Royal Mansour Casablanca is the superior hotel that Morocco, particularly Casablanca, needed. It sets a new standard for luxury and hospitality in the region, making it a must-visit for any discerning traveler.

Awesome experience with people always trying to make your stay even more incredible. All is personalised (room, welcome, personal assistant,...) and rooms are very safe and comfortable!

This hotel was ok, but overpriced, probably fine for business travel. The person at the reception desk was cold and unfriendly, unlike the rest of the Moroccan people I met. The service at the concierge and resaurant was great. The room was just ok, the bed was comfortable but the decor was not maintained or updated. The location is good for walking to the Grand Mosque or the old Medina...

If you're even considering staying here - DON'T DO IT!The hotel is jaded and well past its best. All the Moroccans we deal with said that it was great twenty years and I can see their point.Don't eat in the restaurant - it's expensive and the food is horrendous and service very poor( I was served some Pommes Dauphinoises which were still frozen at the bottom and came fifteen minutes after I'd finished my meal - their response was 'Oh, don't worry, we'll reheat it'!). Breakfast is ridiculously expensive, too. I reserved a restaurant via the Concierge (three times to be sure) only to find that they had no record of a reservation when I turned up.This really doesn't merit the Meridien name and is certainly not five star. We usually stay at the Hyatt which is great but for some reason the prices had doubled on this occasion. my advice would be to stay there on one of the other, more modern hotels now available in Casablanca.

Very fine (if pricey) hotel. If you don't mind that then its great! Rooms, and particularly the beds, very comfortable. Superb breakfast (20 pounds) Service absolutely first class. If I went back to Casa I would save up so as I could stay here!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The spa was good, and the dinner buffet was excellent. Everything was reasonably priced except the laundry service. They did a great job but way more expensive then anything else in the hotel.

Lovely plush room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Would most definitely recommend. One quibble, I wasn't too impressed with the food we were served in the hotel restaurant.

Hotel staff were great and hotel is ideally situated but I did expect more from this hotel. Was dated and really needs a refurb to keep it up to date as there are many hotels in the area that are beautiful. needs a bit of money spent on it.

Quiet hotel, getting a bit old, and edging towards musty, but still in decent repair, and certainly characterful. Was having some refurbishment done at the time I stayed. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nothing too much trouble for the calm, efficient, engaging, helpful staff. One of the fastest ever check-ins!

I decided to stay at this hotel primarily based on my previous experience at a Le Meridien. This hotel is not in good shape. Towels and robes were worn out, the same for bedsheets. The service was unprofessional.

This hotel is located in downtown Casablanca, and is definitely a five star hotel. The service was outstanding, breakfast was included and had a great deal of variety. The bazaars are accross the street. My wife and I got great massages at the spa. The hotel arranged an outstanding one day tour of Marrakash, which was about a two hour drive.
