Pool wasn't clean or really up to par to even swim not a great place to book for a pool

This hotel is terrible. Only pro was the proximity to my family's home and planned engagements. The tub wouldn't drain, maintenance fixed that issue. The wall TV didn’t work, attendant had to bring in another tv. Hotel is below basic!

Zero Toilet Paper or Tissues, Broken/Missing Toilet Paper holder, ADA Room, No grab Rails @ Toilet, Toilet not attached to the Floor. Nasty Shower. Toilet Seat broken. And the usual miss advertised amenities like, Pool, Continental Breakfast. Very Dissatisfied.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sink when you used it didn’t drain well. It took a while to drain. In the night stand between the beds had some type of pill in a bag. I wasn’t impressed.

Problem #1. Tried to check in an hour early. That will be a $20 charge. One hour later there’s no extra charge. Really? Problem #2. Room toilet doesn’t flush. We change rooms. Problem#3 No ice bucket in room. I told front desk lady I needed an ice bucket. She said she would bring me one. She never brought me an ice bucket. Problem #4. Turn on tv. It says no signal. Can’t watch tv. Told front desk lady about this. She said someone would come up and look at it. No one ever came up to look at it. Problem #5. Phone in room didn’t work so I couldn't call to report these problems. I had to walk to the lobby to report them. Problem# 6. Bed sheets had stains and holes in them. Problem #7. The ceiling was stained and pieces of it were falling off. Problem #8. The deluxe breakfast bar the hotel offered was two cereal choices, fruit cups, granola bars and juice and coffee. It’s a super 8. I wasn’t expected the Plaza but this place was a dump! There’s a nicer looking hotel across the street. Go there.

filthy, nasty. Linens dirty. We ended up going to the Fairfield Inn across the street. I'm now trying to get a refund.

Glad to have an actual person to check me in …didn’t know about the $25 deposit I had to pay that will be refunded after a couple days Otherwise this was fine to get sleep and a shower

Liked location Terrible condition: Had to repair toilet to use it. Verry noisey due to proximity to RTE 74 and occupants in room 115. No breakfast . Actually checked out due Bedding, asked for non smoking and was given a smokers room 👎. Only things that worked were the TV and the HVAC. Bed - had no support or blanket - Pillows were very thin

There were bed bugs in our room my kids, myself and their father were bitten and all the hotel did was move our room on the last night. They refused to discount or refund any of our money.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in (or rather, not stayed in, as my husband and I decided we did not feel safe enough to stay here and ended up losing out on our money on the reservation). I don't usually consider myself a germaphobe or someone who is overly picky about cleanliness, but this hotel was awful. Everything was stained (carpets, walls, lampshades), the non-smoking room smelled like smoke, there was food leftover in the fridge from the previous guest, burn stain/hole on the wall, bugs in the room, cracked tile in the bathroom and a toilet seat that wasn't even connected to the toilet. The front desk refused to give us a second towel even though our reservation was for two adults and kept insisting we had booked only a "single room." The lobby was constantly dark with only a single light on over the front desk, the eating area always had the chairs stacked up on the tables and there were strange and suspicious guests/people lurking in the breezeways and parking lot. Overall, would never recommend this hotel and I guess we learned our lesson not to trust the pictures online.
