Great place to stay for one night. Stayed here on the way to Texas and also on the way going back. For the purpose of sleeping for a few hours before heading out again, it's a great stop.

Hard to give a bad review to a hotel room that costs $58 / night. Longer than normal check in, went to my room to find out that the entire door handle had been removed (no way to enter said room). They put me in another room. Pretty quiet and fairly clean. I would probably stay again based on the price.

First staff member I interacted with was indifferent, the 2nd downright rude. First problems I noticed in the room were that the freezer badly needed defrosting and TV reception was terrible. Neither the channel indicator nor the printed channel list matched the actual channel on each station. Only about half of the channels actually played correctly. The rest either showed a black screen or had audio and video distortions. When I asked about it, clerk said it was a satellite problem and there was nothing he could do about it, nor would moving rooms help. He offered to send maintenance for the freezer but defrosting cannot be accomplished in a few minutes. I later realized the AC was not functioning properly, the toilet seat was broken and the socket that held the MW and fridge plugs was floating free in the wall without a covering plate. Like most hotels, they fail to consider that not all guests want to sleep in on the weekend so breakfast does not start until 7:00. The morning clerk was very rude when I asked about getting some milk at 6:45. When I commiserated with another guest about the hotel, he refused to give me any. I told him it was the worst place I ever stayed at which time he asked why I stayed if it was. I told him I was misled by the reviews I had read online and would not have stayed if I had realized how bad it was. At least 2 other guests with whom I interacted agreed with me and one told me I was only there 1 night; he was stuck 2 weeks. Never again!!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast all sugar and carbs with no protein, but Denny’s, IHOP and Waffle House are within walking distance. Even coffee here was awful. But for this price I’m not deducting any stars.

Older big Hotel, the area is very so-so, lots of foot traffic nearby, some questionable. Reason it's not as expensive as most Baymont Hotels, older. Was not a bad stay, but I was worried at first, had to change rooms because whole second floor smelled bad like Pot Smoke. The Staff though is friendly and changed me to a first floor room, was much better.

Rooms were clean enough. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed. We did have our car rear-ended in the parking lot. We asked the attendent to check the cameras for the vehicle that hit us and were told they would look into it. We never heard anything about it after that. Didn't seem like it was any type of priority, even though there were cameras set up everywhere outside the hotel. All and all, for the price, the hotel is ok if you're just passing through and you want a lower price place to stay, but don't expect much more than that.

We didn't even stay. Our tech walked in the room and there were roaches everywhere and blood on the towels and sheets. We need a refund

Clean, comfortable room, bed, and bathroom. That's all I'm really looking for. I prefer a firmer bed, and this hotel has them, very nice. Microwave and compact fridge is a plus, too. I've stayed here 3 times this summer, each trip being 3 nights. For the rate, it's great! Would give 5 stars, but I took away 1 star for general maintenance, which could use improvement. For example, there is no longer an ice machine on level 2 because it probably broke and didn't get replaced. The pool has been down much longer than it was open this summer. Again, it's clean and comfortable and affordable, and that's why I keep coming back.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows. There was no hor water for a shower the water spout was loose the clothes hook on door coming off,alarm clock broken, the plug outlet where mirror was to blow dry hair was not working.

The hotel was easily assessable from the expressway, the staff is friendly, however, I had to request a trash bag from them because there were no trash bags in the 2 trash cans. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was very dirty. The floor was so dirty that we refuse to take our shoes off. The sink area was dirty. Their electrical cable was hanging out of the wall, the glass light cover above the sink was missing the faucet in the bathtub, and the sink were extremely loose.

Pros: Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pet friendly Cons: Breakfast was poor. Very little options. Biscuits/gravy had no flavor, very watery like skim milk mixed with pepper. No tea bags available. Laundry facilities locked up with chain and padlock. Pet fee was $25 per pet not $15 as advertised.
