Staff was not friendly, asked for towels 3 times before we finally got 2 for our family of 4. Room was hot with the unit not blowing cold. Beds were super comfortable though.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CLEANNING SERVICE, TOWELS, TOILET PAPER, SHEETS, PILLOW CASES IN THE 7 DAY OF MY STAY. I REQUESTED EVERY DAY FOR SERVOCE BUT I WAS TOLD THE "I WAS NOT IN THE LIST" ALSO, THERE WAS A LOT OF GARBABE OUT SIDE OF THE BACK DOOR. I REQUESTED 4 TIMES TO REMOVE THE TRASH, WHICH HAS OLD FOOD BAGS, AND WASNT REMOVED UNTIL THE 6TH NIGHT. I DONT THINK I SHOULD BY CHARGED FOR THAT PLACE.

THE WEATHER WAS GREAT! HOTEL IS OLD AND NOT CLEAN; BATHROOM AND BED COVERS WERE A LITTLE CLEAN. BUT THE FURNITURE, FLOORS, HALLWAYS ELEVATORS AND LOBBY NOT AT ALL.CURTAINS WERE RIPPED, FURTINITURE IS OLD AND NOT CLEAN.

Evening front office was very rude and unprofessional. This location does not meet Marriott standards.

When I booked 2 different rooms it said they would have balconies, but didn't. They have no refrigerator or microwaves in the rooms. Curtain was ripped in some places. Need remodeling in hotel rooms! The front desk lady was nice enough to find me 1 patio room (other room no accommodations).

Very dusty in all corners no communication skills my allergies were terrible

We did not stay here due to them over booking and giving our room away.

Room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. No towels by the pool however. I was also charged a $20 security deposit that was never returned like was promised. Will not go back

The room was clean and comfy. The drapes had tears and the chair was worn , But we enjoyed our stay and slept well. Quiet and comfortable.

Hours of operation for the so called restaurant bar not accurate.Housekeeping was never offered during a 5 day stay had to ask for coffee soap

Never updated, dirty, parking lot had pot holes 12 to 14" deep. Mold and mildew in bath and shower. Carpets filthy. Main lobby had wet dirty floors all during 3 day stay. Staff was useless. Dirty walls in room and lobby. Phone didn't work. AC worked only on low. No soap or shampoo. Had to ask for and toilet paper. Trash in elevator for days. Back door did not shut/ lock. No security in lobby or hallways.

Smelly,,filthy place. Light bulbs missing, TV mot working. TV controller missing back and dead batteries. They advertise a restaurant that doesn't exist. The staff was irritated because I complained. Changed room twice and finally slept with clothes on ontop of bed. Should have gotten hint when folks were leaving when I got there. BTW, there are potholes that will cause great damage if you hit them. What happened to Marriott?

Was nice but needed new driveway big holes could mess up ur vehicle. Bed was comfortable. Ask for new towels never got them. Friendly services.

Filthy old trashy, overweight staff couldn’t bend over to pick up a piece of paper. I had to use Lysol wipes on anything I might touch. Not just dirty scummy sticky filth. I was aghast at a Marriott facility in such poor condition. One two staff members carried the work load when the maid staff called off. Or they would have had to close. Doris & Justin. Otherwise the rest need to be fired.

Room was dirty and had no air conditioning. Man at the desk said to unplug and plug back in. Didnt work and had no one to fix it and no other rooms available. Did nothing to help. Also there was a dead rabbit in the parking lot.

when you arrive you are greeted with potholes and the front door is dirty. Doris the front clerk was outstanding and went over and beyond for us

The air conditioning was not working in the room, closet knobs were miasing

At the price for a room , should at least had free coffee in the lobby. To have to pay for a cup of coffee and still charge this much is unreasonable

Worst hotel stay in decades.

I hope there's enough space to list everything. Exterior- extensive, large, deep potholes (have pictures), exterior building crumbling in areas. Elevator didnt work and had to carry heavy items up ourselves. Exercise room very limited and neither treadmill worked..staff wouldnt look at, so moved plugs around, turned it off and on and got it working myself ($50 for my unnecessary time please- ledge and carpet extremly dirty in there. Pool area, wet, used towels all over the floor at 6 am and no towels available. Staff...not only were on their phones, but did not acknowledge with eye contact or verbally. There were 2 friendly am females..wish i knew their names to give them credit. Night staff..you may as well have had the muppets working there..would have had some sort of service at least. Terrible experience and will not recommend. This is a reflection of all levels of management- horrible.

The parking lot had several holes. The hotel room was missing the do not disturb sign, small fridge in room was leaking water and ac unit didn’t work

The room was clean but outdated, and TV remote didn’t work.

I had a late arrival, around 2am. When I arrived, a group of bikers were all around the entrance (I have no idea who they were or if they were guests of the hotel). I was a little scared…no one was at the front desk. I joined my family in a room that was definitely not a high quality room. The room was adequate, nothing more. Not very many amenities and we struggled with ants throughout our stay. The staff was kind, but flustered. Clearly many patrons were not happy with their visit and put a lot of stress on the staff. Fine for a few nights…nothing special.

Left my grandsons cell phone there. Not sure if they found it as I haven't heard back from them

This an older hotel. Although it was comfortable, the carpet, furnishings, and hall were dingy. The outlet cover in the room was cracked/broken. The screen door o the patio was torn and the patio was cobwebby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Probably won’t return.

Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Issue with towels but overall a good stay.

There wasn't a trash can in the room. The pool was very nice and clean so was the room and the bathroom in the room. There was some garbage outside in the parking lot holes in the parking lot other than that was a nice experience.

Stay was fine. Nothing to write home about. The hotel was very tired and outdated. It was well below the usual Marriot standard. The parking lot has huge holes. The staff at the desk was doing her best but she was running crazy with call ins and no shows.

I was unable to check in because of a power outage.
