I personally did not stay there. some of my co-workers did. they guy at the desk was very helpful and friendly though! I didn't get any complaints so that is s plus!

The staff were amazing. I'll come back once construction is done and see how it is. Right now it's so dirty and dingy and just looks and feels like a nasty motel. We didn't know about construction until check in. But other than that it was great

This hotel had some major construction going on inside the hotel. They’re renovating the hotel rooms and hallways. They did give a disclaimer about the construction when I checked in. I was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds, but instead had 2 full size beds. It took them hours to deliver extra towels to room. I asked them to clean our room in between our stay, and they forgot.

Not awesome, will not return. In all fairness, I’ll do a pros & cons list. There were 4 of us: 2 adults, 2 children.
Pros: Front entrance is pretty & smelled nice. Front desk staff were friendly.
Cons: Shuttle ends at 10pm (even if you call 24 hours prior to check in). So, if you have a late flight, you’ll need to get an Uber - even if you were told by the hotel that the shuttle would be running for your late arrival). We checked in around 12:30am & the process was difficult and lengthy. There were issues with the computer - they had our reservation but the system wouldn’t process it. Our room key didn’t work after 3 tries & an assist from a staff person. We ended moving rooms and didn’t get into our room until 2am. Then, to our surprise, they are doing renovations so we got to experience hammering at 9am. Housekeeping knocked on the door shortly after. We requested 2 queen beds but after the room fiasco, we were given 2 full size beds.
Overall, the hotel (other than the front desk) is run down and frankly, gross. The walls are thin, you can hear above you and beside you. There was trash in the hallways on the floor, random stains throughout. It needs a deep clean. Finally, our bathtub faucet dripped heavily throughout the night, which was annoying.
However, they offered us complimentary water & a snack each for our troubles, so that was nice.
We will stay elsewhere next time.

When I registered and they took my payment they said "Oh by the way, the water is not working and it would take a few hours to fix. I was on a business trip and had an important event to attend so water to bath was essential. No internet service and the hotel was under major renovations. I had to find another hotel.

Wish I could’ve enjoyed the pool more very nice area for the pool. Friendly workers great breakfast buffet will be back again! Handle any situation that I had.

Signs were up that renovations are coming but I had a blinking light in my room all night - curtains wouldn't close so the parking lot lights shining in my room - elevators were dirty - rugs were dirty, overall poor aesthetics- first time experience of such conditions under the Hilton brand

My biggest complaint is about the breakfast. I paid extra to have it included (as it is NOT complimentary.)
I went into the area to get my food. The staff person didn’t speak to me at all, just stared. After I finished filling my plate he comes up to me to say that the breakfast costs $12 something as he mumbled. I told him I already paid and he asked for my room number. They were out of cooked potatoes and coffee, pastry was old. Meanwhile, the guy just stood there. The breakfast wasn’t worth even $10.
Then a young woman comes up and he tells her the same after she gets food. She keeps giving excuses as she hasn’t prepaid. He said that’s ok, never mind. I just turned around and stared at him. Obviously, some people don’t need to pay for breakfast.
The morning front desk clerk didn’t greet me, and or ask how the stay was. Only said thank you when I returned the key and didn’t offer a receipt.
Someone needs to give the staff more training on customer service.
