Hotel is clean , lots of dinning options , pool is very nice

Even though the view was a wall, I still loved this stay for my birthday

We originally booked this hotel for three rooms for three executives for Saturday and Sunday night. Sunday afternoon we knew we would need to extend our stay until Tuesday morning. So we made a new reservation to check out on Tuesday morning instead of Monday. Monday morning, we left the hotel for business meetings all day and upon returning on Monday night, we learned that one of the rooms we had occupied had been completely cleaned out by the hotel, whereby they packed up all of the belongings of one of my business associates and moved everything to the Lost and Found department and then re-rented his room. At no time did we get a call about such activity taking place. At no time did the hotel try to reach out when they realize that the items left in the room were there for a reason because we had extended our stay. The Hotel’s excuse for their pitiful behavior was that they were never notified by the third-party, that would be you Hotels.com, so they assumed the one room checked out and could be re-rented and wrongfully thought that the person just left their belongings in the room. Basically, this hotel took the liberty to pack up the personal belongings of one of my business associates, re-rented the room, said nothing to us and tried to blame Hotels.com for not sending them a copy of the extension. I want my money back for this stay for all three rooms and if I don’t get it, I’m going to advise our lawyers to sue and we felt unsafe.

Enjoyed our stay they upgrade us to a little bit better room. We stayed one night on Thanksgiving.. Spend some time at the pool area. There were a lot of screaming kids in the pool but assumed it was just a holiday thing. I think they remove the kids at 6:00 p.m. so I probably not an issue in the evening. The only thing that was a little rough is the pillows are too puffy for us which meant sleep was hard to get comfortable. Next time we'll bring your own pillows.
