Great room for the price. Wasnt perfect but i had no complaints.

From the jump my stay was not good. While waiting to get my room key the lady in front of me did not have to pay the full deposit because she told the guy she did not have enough and the guy told her no worries. Come my turn I asked the guy would I be able to get the same treatment as the lady before me as you did not charge her the full deposit amount he threaten to cancel my reservation if I did not pay the full deposit. I did let the manager know about this the following day but nothing was done. I also called corporate regarding the situation. From there no room service ever came to our room the full 3 nights 4 day stay I was there. I had to go to the office everyday to get my key fixed and get clean towels and sheets and ask for toilet paper. Our hot water did not work so maintenance was in the room for a while luckily he at least was able to fix that problem which was super important as I also had my one year old with me. From there the last day they came at 11 to the room to say it was time to check out. I informed them I was getting my things together and waiting on my ride that would arrive shortly I just did not want to have my one year waiting outside in the heat. She said that was fine but then when we finally left she informed me that I would be losing my deposit due to not leaving the room at exactly 11am. The overall stay was a terrible experience, the room was dirty and u could tell had not been cleaned. TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I saw one cockroach, but since I was only going to be there one more night, I dealt with it. The morning I was checking out, there were two more cockroaches and a slug in my shower. I’m filing charges against a particular employee for menacing and harassment. I was told that I could check out later than 11 for a charge of $10 per hour deducted from my $50 security deposit.

The Econolodge is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I really enjoy the nights I stay here and it’s very affordable too. I really appreciate a nice clean and affordable hotel to stay in.
