Very nice welcome at front desk. King suite room - 2nd floor - lots of room and very comfortable. Pillows are squishy… there are 4 on the bed so we had enough. Very nice shower. Enjoyed our quick stay.

When I checked into the accommodation, the place was clean and in good condition, and the staff were friendly. However, on the night of my stay, a hurricane caused a power outage throughout the property, which lasted for several days. Due to the inconvenience caused by the outage, I contacted the manager and requested a refund for the unused portion of my stay, while agreeing to pay for the days I had already used. The manager agreed to my request and processed the refund.
However, out of the three accommodations I had booked, I only received a refund for one, and for the remaining two, I have not been able to receive any refund as the manager has been unreachable for about a month. I also contacted Hotels.com, but they have been giving me the same response for about a month, saying that they cannot reach the manage

Hotel was very nice. Except the one Elevator light kept flickering off on. The front desk said it had been doing that since yesterday and they were trying to get it fixed. Otherwise, it was a nice place. The staff was very nice.

The manager lacks empathy and only care about money. Yes, I understand they are a business, but they are also humans and should have basic human decency. I will NEVER stay at this hotel and will notify anyone I know to avoid this hotel. Highly do NOT recommend!

They stay was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was very delicious and had a lot of options. The only problem my family had was being told I had to pay $75 for a pet deposit that was non refundable and was actually charged $85. The site also says they are pet friendly but didn’t specify there would be a pet fee. I’ve stayed at a few Marriot locations with my dog in the past and was never told there was a pet fee. This made the hotel hot cost go from under $200 to just under $300 for one night. That was my only problem with our hotel experience.

There were plenty of options for hotels at this exit off I-95, and we feel like we picked the best one for our needs. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. If we had more time we would have used their pool.

We booked last minute because of the weather and the reservations desk was very helpful, in fact I booked the wrong date for one night and she modified with no problems at all. Great place for the airport the next day.

The hotel cancelled my reservation without my acknowledgment before my arrival so i had to rebook the room with additional charge. I am very unhappy about it. I told them about it they said they sent an email about it just 3 hrs before my checkin. who would check email during travel??? I only had a room for 1 night. Terrible service.

Was taken back by just how wonderful this property was. Conveniently right off the highway. Great breakfast spread that was included with our room. The facilities were extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, and loved that the hotel was dog friendly!

When I booked the hotel I selected “pay at hotel” when I arrived at 4pm, I was told the reservation was cancelled because when they tried to run the card for the stay it was declined. I explained that this was why I selected pay at hotel during check in - I was planning on using a different card. They didn’t care - I was told to rebook - which I did and it cost me $60 more!!

Room was noisy. Could hear interstate traffic. People above us had children that kept stomping on floor. They came back to their room at 11:30 waking us up with noise and talking.
