Front drsk check in girl was fantastic and friendly even though she had to deal with a lot of simultaneous check-ins. Quiet, Clean room. A/C worked. Hot Water worked. TV worked. Door lock & card entry worked. Bed could've been more firm, but at least it wasn't that way too soft memory foam. I slept great. Breakfast had everything you'd want, protein & sweets. They had a Nice Weight room with Actual Dumbbells! Indoor Pool and hot tub were ample sized and working. My only complaint & weird thing was my window was Spray painted white from the outside..?! So, I had no Northern view.. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again

Smelled like mildew and mold in hallway. When we checked in we noticed we were short wash cloths. When asked for more the reply was maids will be in by 7am. Wrong they were not in till almost 9am. He’ll I do better than this at home.

The key did not work all weekend. We had to go down to the desk and get the key changed at least 5 times. I ask about compensation and was told could not be done.

The property was fine overall. However, the pool and hot tub were not working. I specifically selected this property because of those amenities. Very disappointing! Is there a way for a property to more honest and update availability of these amenities?

The bed linens were stained and had hair on it. The pool was closed the workout machines are broken. We were told we could use the pool next door because it’s a sister hotel and when we were going to walk over there the front desk person told us that we couldn’t use it anymore because the hotel was sold the day before therefore it wasn’t available anymore. I requested a refund. Nothing was done. I was told she’d give me clean bed linens and I could change them out. Smh

This place is a dump and should be listed as a 1 not a 7. First room-couldn’t hardly open the door (about to fall off hinge), light in bathroom not working and bathtub faucet was steady dripping. Second room they tried to give us, couldn’t hardly open the door again, smelled like mold-ceiling was peeling and looked like it was about to cave in. We left-couldn’t stay there.

There there were no washcloths, only two towels and one hand towel- being a family of four this was not going to work. Bed mattresses were sunken in from probably years of use. Carpet in hallway was soaked with water from AC, no ice in any of the ice makers. Highly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Checked in no issues. Got to the room and no phone or fridge. Transferred across the hall to a room with no phone, on the backside if the elevator. Anytime the door would open or close it made a slamming noise. The pool was closed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok at best.

I checked in around 6:30 pm on friday August 23. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I got the room and neither key worked, so I had to go down to front desk and request new keys. After finally getting into the room it was hot. I turned the AC unit down as far as I could and it still was not blowing cold. I went back down to the front desk and she let me move rooms without any fuss. That AC blew cold. Around 4:45 AM i began hearing what sounded like a trash truck emptying a dumpster over and over again. I could not sleep so I just got up an hour and half before my alarm was set. Then after getting into the shower there was not a bar of soap to be found anywhere, I used shampoo for shower gel. Overall, not a good experience. I wont stay there again that is for sure. The ONLY POSITIVE PART OF MY STAY WAS THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WHO WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. Hold onto her she is one of the only positives you have going for your hotel.

The room was very clean. The desk person was friendly, but I didn't like housekeeping knocking on the door at 10:00 a.m. Overall, I was happy with my stay.

There were 3 men sitting on the curb outside my window for about 2 hours. The pool and hot tub were out of order. But the worse part was a spider bit me on my thigh when I was sitting at the desk.
