A great Service Culture and a very friendly staff in the hotel. Pool is a nice plus and we felt like home and got all we needed. Highly recommend and a good base for tours and trips to the islands. Thanks

The accommodations were bare bones, but you get what you pay for. The staff was nice but pushy to buy their excursions which were "bait & switch" - over promise, under deliver. Nightly Kava gathering and the community of travelers was the highlight that would have me return. Sister hostel is Bamboo, and they share staff, space, and excursions.

Staff were so kind and welcoming; some more helpful than others. You can book tours or taxis through the front desk quite easily. The pool is pretty green but we still went in daily since it’s hot and humid in Nadi — the pool area was a great way to socialize. The hostel had a very social and community vibe. They offer a weekly outing 1-2 times a week and nightly activities can be kava ceremony (don’t miss this!), volleyball, and karaoke.
I loved that the Wi-Fi worked, rooms had air-conditioning, lockers in the rooms, and it was quiet! You can easily walk to the grocery store or to any of the other hostels if you want to get food or a bar scene.
Nadi beach is not nice, and you are far from Nadi central so I recommend using Nadi as a 1 night stay on the front and back end of your trip to access the airport, but not much longer than that. Go to Coral Coast and to the islands!

Our booking didn't show up at Bluewater and we were relocated to Bamboo Travellers in the next street. Front door lock difficult to open. Took an hour to get a WiFi modem installed and working. There was no hot water due to a tripped breaker in the house above our apartment. Large modern supermarket at end of street.

Blue Water Lodge was ok for two nights. Private room was clean and comfortable with a great air conditioner. The rest of the place is kind of a mess, what you would expect of a backpacker type of place. The pool out back was nice. Bathroom area could have been kept cleaner and no hand paper towels provided despite their being a dispenser. No one seems to be on the premises so any question or issue requires you to have to walk over to the main front desk which was kind of a pain. Not near the beach which I had not realized. Front desk doesn’t know answers to simple questions , I.r. Bus schedules, transportation. And tour desk guy was uselesss. I knew ore than he did. Would I go back? Prob. Not. Nicer places just down the road.

The staff were friendly and it is located not too far from the port and airport. We used this as a stopover from the islands and it was ideal. The room was clean and the laundry service was handy and reasonably priced ($3 per kg). The shared bathroom was ok and not too far from the room

Upon our arrival for check in....I was told there's no booking under my name. I showed them the email confirmation which I booked online...they said ok we will have to email our reservation team which will take 10mins. After 15mins I went back....I was told sorry no booking confirmation is showing in their system and we don't have any rooms available.
I had to Google and look for other accommodation at the near by zone.
I'm really disappointed with the service which I had from Blue Lagoon reception and also team Expedia.
I have emailed team Expedia twice regarding my refund confirmation but haven't heard any thing from Expedia.
