Perfect location for events at Fanshawe College. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. I’m very happy with my stay here.

Nice clean room in college residence building. Decent space and facility. Bed was little smaller for 2 people / a couple but it was good overall. In a big room, there were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It would have been bit difficult if all 4 beds were occupied by different people, fortunately not in our case

Nice large rooms. We stayed in a quad with access to 2 of the 4 bedrooms.
Pleased that there were two bathrooms in the unit, as well as a sitting and dining area, and large fridge and microwave in the kitchenette.

It's a dormitory....a 2 bedroom dormitory. To even consider this property a "hotel/motel" would be a disservice to the industry. It's found within college grounds. Upon asking where to park i was simply told to park anywhere. Only to find out that my car couldve been towed. Beyond that, this supposed "conference centre" has no business renting these poorly maintained, student properties, as accommodations

Finding the right building was tough, but the staff was helpful. Security doors and card access felt odd for a hotel but made sense for a college dorm. Surprisingly, rooms were available in summer. Campus is huge; better signage needed. The dorm room was basic but spacious with a kitchen, TV, and comfortable seating. Coffee service was inconsistent and inconvenient. No coffee maker, hairdryer, or clock in the room. Overall, great value for a basic stay. Don't expect hotel luxury, but the staff was friendly and accommodating.
My advice if you stay here would be to bring a small coffee maker and a clock for your room. The place is very quiet, and I almost thought I was the only person staying on my floor. There are no ice machines on-premise, but bring a bag of ice as there is a freezer. The fridge is a standalone so lots of room. No stove, just a microwave. Overall rating is a 1-star hotel with a 5-star rating. As for the previous comments about the smell, it does have an institutional smell but not that unpleasant. Last thoughts for Fanshawe, get fitted sheets, it is a must. Beds were clean and comfortable, but waking up on the mattress protector was not fun. Great job to the Fanshawe students who worked there. I will be back. For the price you can't go wrong.

This place is awful. I accidentally booked this room and now I had to pay for a room I didn’t even stay at . I requested after 5 mins of booking . I suffer from ADHD , along with severe anxiety and now I’m out 200dollars all because I made an accidental booking . Even after Expedia tried to cancel also on my behalf. The staff is absolutely terrible and not understanding at all to any circumstances . Now I’m out 200 $. Thank you for the worst experience ever .

We did not sleep there and processed a refund. We were disappointed that what we saw in the picture and profile is differnet from the reality.

The evening staff were great. The daytime staff seemed annoyed at our requests (decaf coffee had run out, we asked politely for more, met with indifference/ grumpiness)

This is a convenient, inexpensive place to stay if you have access to a vehicle or are travelling in a group. Free parking came with free EV charging too. Check in staff late at night were great. Morning staff did not have a can - do attitude: seemed more bored and bothered by requests :( The Expedia summary said free breakfast but it's actually only free coffee. Decaf coffee was either out or hard to get

Very close to London airport. Big clean rooms. College vibe got me nostalgic about my old Uni days.

Even though we saw many other guests staying there as well, there were no disturbances and our stay was quiet and comfortable

One of the two bathrooms smelled awful. Door needed to be kept closed and basically was of no use.
