Very Welcoming. I'm a OTR Trucker and I was able to research and reserve my room very easily here. Do to High School/College Graduations in the area this weekend. They didn't have a ATM so I could wash my gear. The owner give me $4 to do so. That's the energy and dedication for customer service they're willing to go that extra mile for you. Very affordable and safe for family. I recommend to any one.

This property is old and tired. But the rooms are very well renovated. Parking was a bit inconvenient depending on the room you are in. But all in all, the value for the room and the priced, I would stay again. It looks like a property that was built before the Interstate was built, so it got left behind and the location is a little inconvenient in that regard, but it was just fine... Close to Springfield, which is why I was there and it was 1/2 the price of anything in that area!

Everything is overpriced these days, but in general, for an independent motel, this was OK -- not great but fine. I was mostly prepared to give it an 8/10 except for two things that showed up late in the trip which bumped it down to a 6/10. The first thing was I was awoken pretty early in the morning by the people in the next room over having a conversation. They weren't being that loud, but I could hear every word as if I was in their closet, so clearly the walls here are very thin. The second thing was that the blankets weren't warm at all, and when I woke up, I was really cold (in early May) despite not using the AC. Those two things are what took it from an 8 to a 6. What gave it an 8/10 instead of a 10/10? The bathroom door had a lot of space around its edges so you could see in, the toilet smelled bad, and the only light in the bathroom was from the lit mirror, which made it kind of dim, the stairs felt a bit rickety, etc. -- minor stuff. On the plus side, the coffee was good, the shower was hot with great water pressure, the microwave and fridge in the room worked, they had an ice machine that worked, the wi-fi worked, the room was reasonably clean and comfortable, and I felt safe on the grounds. All told, I've usually had better experiences in chain hotels than I had here, but I just particularly needed a motel rather than a hotel on this trip. You definitely could do worse, and I would book it again if I had to.

My non-smoking room absolutely reeked of cigarettes. The dial on the HVAC unit wasn't anywhere close to accurate. I was sweating with it set at 60 degrees. The hair dryer didn't work, and the outlet it was plugged into corroded. I left at 5am because I couldn't take the smell or temperature any longer.

Filthy.. we didn’t even shower, because the showerhead was so covered in mildew. Nasty, dirty filthy plunger in the bathroom, lock broke off the door hole in the bathroom wall the rack where the iron was was covered in filth Absolutely disgusting

Very rude front desk experience. Gave away my room and then told me I could have a smoking room instead. Beware and don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

All you need pretty good size room fridge, microwave, great water pressure, quiet ( safe ) environment. Definitely stay again ( did not have to worry about bed bugs ( there were none ) ( huge concern of mine when choosing a place ) nice area highway is just a u-turn away .
