Nice hotel with roof top pleasant bar and gas fire. All front attendance super nice and helpful
Only draw back as mentioned in other reviews is water pressure. It was not easy to wash the nice soap off.

This hotel is super cute and unique. The rooms had high ceilings and a comfortable bed. Loved the old school wet bar that came with the room. Excellent tiled shower and overall everything was very beautiful. There are 3 bars on premise and each has their own signature delicious cocktails. There are a couple of issues i found although nothing terrible: 1) parking is non existent except for $45 overnight valet. They are good with getting your car for you though. 2) Other than the few restaurants within a block or two, the area is a little sketchy. The plumbing got completely shut down in the morning before check out which meant no showering, brushing teeth, or flushing the toilet. Not sure what happened but hopefully management reaches out with compensation.
We did not eat at the restaurant for dinner and were surpised to find out they stop serving food at 9 pm even in the bars which are open much later.

My wife and I recently stayed here booking a deluxe king room. Understanding it was an upgrade from the standard room and obviously more expensive. When we got to our room, it looked more like a standard than a Deluxe. The photos on their room description is a little misleading. In these photos, you can clearly see the difference between the size of a “standard room” and a “deluxe room”. Their claim was because it was booked with a third-party, this was the room that was available to us. Even though we ultimately enjoyed our stay, I left with the feeling of not getting what I paid for

The bathroom had no storage what so ever. No place to set anything, no drawers, no shelves, no hooks. The mattress was very hard and not comfortable. The AC was either freezing or hot.

This is a nicely renovated and well-maintained property with lots of charm. The room was large, clean, and well appointed. There are several options for cocktails and food (including a rooftop bar). Easy walk to the Grand Theatre and other downtown destinations.

Lovely find in Wilmington, though it needs some tweaks to be fabulous.
The good: the room was huge and luxuriously comfortable, with nice details like great toiletries (Aesop), cozy bathrobes, lovely glasses, and a stocked minibar. The beds are positively heavenly - I wanted to take ours home. All of the staff was really pleasant and friendly.
The less good: hallways were freezing and with no soft surfaces, there was nothing to absorb sounds from people, rolling suitcases, etc., which bounced through the space and into our room. The shower was huge but had so little water pressure that the water seemed to fall out of the shower head by gravity alone (this was a deal-breaker for the person I was traveling with). Also, we all know better than to use single-use plastics/products at this point, so the small-sized toiletries were a disappointment.
Overall, I’d return if I were in the area, but there were some easy improvements that could be made.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Quoin and our phenomenal dinner at the restaurant. Our rooms were connecting via a corner hallway. They were spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and heavy dark curtains - walking distance to the Riverfront. Valet was easy. Front desk agent “J” was professional, so friendly, and helpful!

Not good part of town. Front desk needs to be trained to provide concierge services particularly restaurant information. Downstairs bar is fabulous. Bartenders (all bars) and wait staff very good.

An amazing stay from check in to check out. Very comfortable room with premium linens, towels and amenities. Valet parking very efficient.
Side note is they do not serve breakfast - not a big deal to me but could be to some. They offer a self serve coffee bar with one choice of loaf cake and some apples. Just something to know of you enjoy breakfast as part of your get away experience. Also strange not to have any usb charging ports in the room for this price point.

The entire hotel is beautifully designed and the staff was friendly and helpful. We look forward to going back. I would describe the main spaces as stylishly informal and the rooms as stylishly homey.

Beautiful hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets. Service is also very good. My only issue was the shower that had absolutely no water pressure and the temperature was difficult to control. I reported the issue but I am told this from colleagues that stay here a lot that this is a know issue. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

My room was beautiful, but must have been on the same ventilation path as the restaurant, because there was a very strong smoke smell (like barbeque smoke) every afternoon and evening. There was a hint of it when I checked in, but had I known how bad it would get I might have asked to switch rooms. The first day when it started getting stronger, I was alarmed and thought maybe there was a fire in the building. By the second day I had to leave the room by late afternoon - it was so strong it was making my throat scratchy and my eyes itch. It was very disappointing, because I had planned to spend the majority of my time on this trip relaxing and reading in my room, but the smoke was so strong I had to get out for fresh air and couldn't wait to check out by the end of my stay. Possibly a check of the ventilation system is needed, or perhaps air purifiers in the rooms. I don't know if this issue was isolated to this particular room (305), because I didn't smell the smoke in the hallways, but I'm not sure I'd risk another stay with the possibility or getting another smoky room.

The room we had, #304, was adorable. Spacious, vaulted ceiling, pretty bathroom. The details throughout the hotel are so pretty - wallpaper in elevator & hallways, nice furnishings. Easy location. Walked to dinner at Bardea.

Boutique hotel in beautifully restored building with interesting decor. Room was plush with striking features and decor. Extensive minibar drinks/snacks/sundries choices. Large bathroom (lovely Aesop toiletries although not replaced/topped up by housekeeping), but no shelf/space for washbag etc. Welcoming reception staff. Central location on Market Street. Didn’t have chance to try bar/restaurant (Italian menu). Not sure Wilmington would tempt me back for another visit, but this hotel might!
