Perfect overnight spot - very quiet, clean room and comfortable bed. Typical free breakfast met the need. Nice hotel for the price! Staff was very pleasant.

Last minutes selection since I was not planning to spend the night, but decided to stay since it was getting too late to drive. Easy to book with Hotels.com. Check in was perfect.

The room had a stain on the ceiling, a light bulb missing from the bedroom lamp, the toilet flusher was broken, the room had a musty smell, and the breakfast was lacking. The egg omelettes were overcooked and dried out.

Air wasn't working properly. Poor customer service at check in. Elevator slow and outdated.

I had already booked a room elsewhere but needed something for 5 people, so I looked using that requirement and found Hampton Inn in Pearl. I canceled the other hotel, which we had used before & liked because they couldn't accommodate 5 people. We checked into Hampton, and there didn't have anything for 5 people, just 2 queen beds. I asked about cots, and they said they couldn't use those because fire hazard. The first lady at the counter was rude, especially because we booked through hotels.com. The breakfast was good, and that attendant was nice. The 2nd front desk lady was sweet too. But we had to go get a sleeping bag from BassPro for the 2nd night because we were too cramped with 2 adults & a teen in one bed, and 2 other adults in the other bed. The first lady said another group had the same issue & blamed it on hotels.com. 😟 I've always booked through this site, and with this request, and this is the first issue we've had like that.

Easy for one night stays on the road

We were not notified prior to booking that a boiled water only policy was in effect. Numerous issues with the hotel that we will detail later. I wanted a safe, clean space for my wife and two daughters, one of whom is only 18 months old, who are travelling without me. I'm incredibly disappointed in the limited value we received for our money.

Well there were roaches in your refrigerator and your refrigerators weren't on so you called the front desk and we asked the front desk to switch us again but they said that they couldn't they would have to call their boss at home so they called their boss at home she called back and said that we trashed the place knowing we didn't because if we had of she would have called the police, Mrs addressing me how I wanted to be addressed and she had a nasty attitude and that was just your general manager on top of your dirty hotel rooms and the third level for some reason it had a funky smell like a real bad smell but overall in all the hotel itself it was very dirty and it had roaches and mice it had dust they put us in a room at first that had plumbing exposed while I was being it fixed that was very ghetto and we just didn't appreciate it so she called us in the room and she was being very rude your general manager needs to be fired that's point blank and you need to take your name off of that hotel because they're not taking in any of what the customer service is saying they are doing whatever they want and then taking money The Hampton inn should not be on that building. I'm not surprised someone hasn't called the health department because they also prepare food in the morning for guests and that is the lowest place to stay in Pearl Mississippi and we learn that from our Lyft drivers and Uber drivers we won't ever stay there again.that is all.

We were staying because our home was destroyed by a huge tree that also hurt my husband when it fell down on his office.

Good service and cleanliness. Room condition was poor: bathroom door handle broken off and door didn’t close fully. Not a single outlet (table, desk, wall, bathroom) would hold a plug; plugs just fell out. Needs serious refurbishing. Otherwise service was very friendly and accomdating. Cleanliness was excellent.
