Our room was very clean and it was usually quiet. They have two nice pools, one outdoor and one indoor. We were disappointed to not have a microwave in our room. Their description said microwaves were available on request. What they should say is there is ONE small microwave in the hall outside the indoor pool. It was never cleaned during the 4 days we were there.

Outside, looks like a typical Inn. Inside, my first impression was that it was clean. Until I forgot to put my slippers on. I didn't walk outside shoeless, but walking around the room barefooted, my feet were dirty. It doesn't look like they mop the bathroom floor or have had the rugs cleaned professionally in a long long time. Each day I was there, I killed probably 2 to 3 drain flys or sewer flys. Their bathrooms need updating. Rooms need painting, you can see some chipping on the walls. They don't have daily cleaning in the rooms. Their literature says it's because of Covid. That policy is 4 years outdated. What they don't have in literature is how to check out in the early am. I left around 8 am, along with a few other people. There was no one in the office. Someone finally came out saying that they were told from the personnel in the diner to drop in the mail slot. On the bright side, the staff was unbelievably nice and welcoming.

Smelly room with sticky carpet. If I knew that their onsite diner would be closed during the week I would probably have found a different place to stay. These days with everything online it shouldn't be difficult to update this.

The only thing I didn’t like was using the old school keys for the entrance door to the building and the rooms. Other than that it was great. Ps they were renovating rooms during our stay, I don’t know if they were upgrading to key cards or not.

We had a lovely studio for the two of us. I choose not to have housekeeping in when staying more than one night. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested towels or more coffee, etc. Very clean and cozy. Pool was wonderful. Nice kitchenette allowed us to eat some meals in spending money on special dinners out. Larger fridge a definite plus. A toaster oven would be a nice addition. Our only other suggestion is that having an accessible room due to limited mobility, the parking spaces that are in front of these rooms could be painted with the corresponding room number or sign stating "Parking for Room #__ only please" as second floor guests tend to park in your spot. We would definitely stay here again!

upon arrival to check in i was informed that there was a 100.00 room deposit. I saw that no where while booking the reservation. front counter staff charged to my check and debit card. also told me that the charge would be refunded upon check out. that was untrue to be polite. the refrigerator was barely large enough for a couple of items, would not cool aproprieatly and was missing the knob to adjust the temp. front desk staff not very pleasent at all, disinterested.

Handle to shower broken . Jet hard to work in door. People hanging outside in big groups at 10 pm. Made us nervous way in back dark parking lot. Will not stay again very very sketchy. Very disappointed

The only thing I saw wrong through our whole vacation was if you wanted your room cleaned, you had to go ask for it. There was no daily cleaning other than that the vacation the services everything were wonderful.

We enjoyed our time here! The kids loved the indoor pool because it was too cold to be outside! They did jump in just to see what it was like! The water indoors was very cold but the kids got used to it quickly. We asked for housekeeping due to floor in bathroom to be cleaned and change our towels. They did change our towels and remade the beds but never cleaned the bathroom floor. The staff was hard to find but when we did they were very nice and helpful! The Inn is on a very busy road but we were able to get out easy enough! As long as you were looking for easy access, not updated , responsibly priced please I would recommend staying here !

The hotel was clean. No house cleaning unless requested ahead of time. We asked for extra towels at the front desk. The indoor pool was inaccessible because the lock was broken. The outdoor pool looked nice although we didn’t use it. The rooms were decent size, bathroom was small. Balcony was tight and we got smoke from the people smoking below us. The AC didn’t go below 66 degrees so it was not quite cool enough at night for us. The hallways have a heavy chemical smell due to the indoor pool. Our room had a good view of the marsh.

The WiFi is very poor to non-existent. The carpets are sticky and the rooms are have a bad odor. Stayed on the ground floor. Does not deserve the ratings that it has received on Expedia. Maybe generated by Bots!

Perfectly adequate if you just need somewhere to sleep. The smell in the room wasn't pleasant or fresh. The balcony was nice overlooking the lake. The property needs some serious updates. Think blue bathroom shower and toilet years old.

For the price on Cape Cod in the summer it’s really hard to beat this place. Indoor and outdoor pools were perfect sized. Great view from the room! Super comfortable beds! The dinner sucks tho, not even kinda worth the money.
