We spent Thanksgiving at the Hotel. Nice enjoyable couple of days. Breakfast was good with several options to choose from the menu. The parking is not on site and panhandling outside the garage. The room was quiet even though we were at the elevator.

We stayed Wednesday through Friday over Thanksgiving. We had no room cleaning which was stated with the disclaimer that if u needed service let them know through a text. We requested additional towels and never received them. There’s no phones in the room which is inconvenient. We went to breakfast on Thursday and had to wait 45 minutes to be seated because of staff shortages. The next morning I went to the lobby to get coffee around 8:00 and other guests were sitting around in the lobby saying they were waiting to have breakfast and were told they couldn’t seat anyone until 9:00 because of staff shortage. I valet parked and had to wait 45 minutes to get my car. Self parked after that. I won’t be staying here again as there other hotels in downtown Ft Wayne that are more accommodating.

I was only in town for one night to attend a family member's funeral. The location was very nice, and the front desk was beyond nice and friendly. They made check-in and check-out stress-free.

It looks like a nice hotel but it’s just a facade. I was really excited about staying here. We were so impressed that they were so dog friendly that they offered dog beds and dog bowls in their rooms. When we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation which is totally forgivable mistakes happen. But we were told that breakfast was available at 7 am. When my husband went down at 7 the employee informed him that coffee was only available from 4am-7am and no breakfast was available. That is insane. Who goes for breakfast at 4am? There were no dog bowls or beds even though I had contacted the hotel 3 days before to let them we have 2 dogs. There is no green space for dogs to use the restroom. They told us valet was $30 and charged us $40. It was a good experience and we’re not coming back.

Our daughter's volleyball tournament necessitated an overnight stay in Fort Wayne, and we decided on the The Bradley as it did not appear to be your normal, cookie cutter hotel. Wow! Were we impressed! The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. It is centrally located in downtown Fort Wayne with so many dining options within a 2-3 block radius. From the moment we pulled up curbside to the moment we checked out, every single hotel staff person was polite, professional and genuinely cared about ensuring our stay was fantastic. We will definitely be back again, for sure.

The hotel itself is pristine and beautiful. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are immaculate. The sheets are a bit starchy and the beds are on the medium to firm side. The hotel restaurant service is on the slower side and the food is, okay. There are more food options just a short walk around the corner. Rooftop is lovely, gym is on the smaller side but sufficient. Valet service was subpar.

Excellent place in Fort Wayne to stay. But if you are going to stay here, plan plan plan ahead so that you can get exactly what you want ahead of time . Different floors offer better views and different room tiers offer different amenities such as the stand alone tub. The service was really good and the food from birdies and arbor was great! I didn’t like that my room didn’t have a microwave, and the windows could use a cleaning from the outside.

The Bradley is a lovely property. I enjoyed my dining experiences at Arbor and Birdies. I would give it 5-stars if they offered room service as an amenity. I was surprised that a luxury hotel didn’t offer the service.
