They've got their own restaurant, restaurants surrounding the area, shopping district across from the park, oceanografic is a 30 minute walk through the park away, and the Camp de Mestalla is 15 minutes away on a busy game day. To top it all off, the employees were all incredible. Some of, if not, the best service I've ever had

We were impressed with this hotel. Lovely, clean hotel and safe area. Reception staff so helpful. Rooftop pool. Buffet breakfast has tasty options! We were out late most evenings and often walked back to hotel from restaurants. Bus routes close by to the beach/restaurants/bars/clubs. Took Uber too.

The hotel itself is in a great location, nice and easy to navigate from there around the city and less then half hour to the airport by car. It has the fun Gulliver park nearby, we were able to cover pretty much the main attractions by foot, rental bike in easy way as there is a city park/gardens that connect the most visited attractions. Location of the hotel was quiet. The lobby and other hotel facilities spacious, serene in decor and with plentiful seats and handy book corner. Staff were all really friendly, helpful and courteous. Food was tasty on the room service, you had the terrace bar on the roof, but it filled up quickly, so you need to book it in advance. Rooms were spacious and beds super comfortable, great air-conditioning. Lovely touch with the sun hats that were provided to you. 🌞The swimming pool upstairs was full of sunshine and very relaxing area as on rooftop, but it is on the smaller size and can get overcrowded. Other then that, had a lovely short stay and would be back. Thank you 😊

Very comfortable room; spacious, spotless. Fab bathroom, mushroom shower, double sinks. A sliding door for WC. Breakfast excellent, premium fresh ingredients. Limitless fresh orange juice/nespresso coffee. All staff very helpful/patient/polite. Spa treatments pricey but wonderful. Only negative aspect is the pool. The outdoor pool is small (10x5m) so just for plunging to cool down rather than swimming. Not always enough lounge chairs available, and the pool area itself is small. Very few city hotels in Valencia have pools though; this one is adequate for a city vacation. Would absolutely come back. Recommended.

For sure the Valencia Palace hotel applies to all the standards and regulations that belong to a 5* hotel. The differences are in the details and the experience Those are the things that make a difference between a poor, moderate, good or excellent stay and hotel experience and rating. It is advisable to take a room with a view of the park, as there are many rooms that only look out onto buildings (depressing views) in an interior courtyard. Our room showed some wear and tear. Dust bunnies behind the curtains, a layer of dust on the window frame, a few holes in the curtain, dusty windows and corners of the tables and bedside tables show damage. All somehow acceptable (we just wiped the dust off ourselves) but not what you expect of a 5* hotel. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities as you would expect from a 5* hotel. However, here again many signs of wear and tear. (broken tile on the floor). It is recommended to plan and carry out maintenance properly. The rooftop pool is small and has some sunbeds and chairs to sit/lie on. Towels are provided. It should be noted that the water of the pool was very cloudy. I think because there is not enough filtering. The breakfast restaurant was located in the basement of the hotel. As far away as possible and as unattractively decorated as possible. Enough food and choices, however I’ve seen better quality, and more attention paid to the display of the food. This hotel can certainly improve, and they should strive for that.

The staff had a can do attitude,they seemed to want to help. The cleaning was of a high standard,it was lovely to have a roof top pool to come back to although could do with a few more chairs,the rooms were large with good wardrobe space especially for a city hotel.I didn't use the spa so cannot comment the breakfast was good lots of choice. So now the negatives the shower drainage was poor and because of shape of it the water would flood the bathroom and the tiles were shiny so slippery when wet,the shower gel etc was down the far end not by shower heads and when you walked back and forth to get it water went on floor. I cannot comment on the ground floor restaurant as it was closed as staff on holiday,the upstairs restaurant had a lovely vibe but considering it was a non smoking hotel it allows smoking a plus for some but a negative for me and I think it should say a non smoking hotel except for roof top restaurant, the main course was mediocre at best,it didn't come with potatoes or rice and the menu had no sides on it and absolutely no vegeterian option . However desserts are good and you can go in late just for dessert. Overall I thought the hotel.was lovely as were the staff.
