The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired - the linens had questionable stains, there was mold growing in the bathroom, the floors were gross, and there were stains on the walls. The window also had mold growing in it. The overall room just had a very dated feel to it, which is fine, but it definitely needs a lot of love to get the room clean. The service was fantastic, check in and check out was seamless which is just too bad that the room was so unclean and unpresentable.

The beds were moderately firm and very comfortable, plenty of hot water, provided more shampoo when I requested it. Good layout of desk, wardrobe, television. Nice layout of simple breakfast area. It was restful and quiet when I was there.

Great economical hotel right off the highway and convenient to ISU and area events. Our room was on S 16th Street side of hotel - was quiet, very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of choices for a small hotel - waffles, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, white bread, plain bagels, muffins, coffee and orange/apple juice. Daily clean towel exchange without having to ask and bed refresh. No problem getting a parking spot when getting back very late evenings on a busy ISU football weekend! We were happy with everything and would stay here again.

The hotel is in average to poor condition. The sink/shower tub is outdated. The appliances are out of date and just look bad. The bad was ok. The only reason I stayed was because the towels and blankets looked clean.

We stay here at least twice a year. We book a room with a sofa and small mini kitchen. They accept pets for a fee. We have my family over when we come to town and are able to have them up to our room. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed, ranks as one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. There was a musty damp odor throughout the hotel. The elevator was dirty. The bedding was so thin you could see the yellow stains on the pillows underneath. The towels were damp and thin. There was hair in our bed and it was questionable if the sheets had been washed from the prior guest. I woke up to ants crawling on our beds and nightstand and my daughter pointed out boogers on the wall next to the bed. What makes it all worse is the misleading pictures online that give the impression this is a newly remodeled hotel but upon closer inspection they are architect generated images. I paid $258 for one night in this hotel and when I asked for a refund I was told the manager would be notified of my request but no money returned.

Do not stay here!!! This is one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The entire hotel smelled horrible. It was dirty, carpet has not been vacuumed in what looked like weeks. Towels were super thin and had stains. Mirror over the sink had a large crack. Elevator was broken. Smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. Security latch above deadbolt was missing. I could go on about how bad it was but I will leave it there. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

The pictures on website vs actuality of rooms are not accurate. Room has partial hole in sheet rock. Water stain on sheetrock in bathroom. Bathroom door handle nearly falling off. Overall condition of hotel is very bad

The carpet in the elevator looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. I was in room 227 and it smelled like at one point was a smoking room. The smell of smoke was bad.

Dirty bedding. Was given new sheets. When I remade the bed, I saw how unclean the mattress topper and under the mattress was. If a family member hadn’t borrowed my car I would have considered leaving. The carpet and sofa had stains as well. I’ve had okay stays with this hotel in the past.
