Found out at check in the restaurant was closed again, same problem at same property 10 days ago. No dining options anywhere nearby and is posted that they don’t allow delivery to the rooms so you’re forced to get back in the car and take another drive to find dinner. I at least ; will not return here again, no matter how convenient

Normally a big fan of Marriott properties so it saddens me to write this review. The physical property ( public spaces , room and grounds were very good. Check in was pretty good. The issue seems to be staffing, especially in the restaurant. On check in on a Saturday night we’re told the restaurant was closed that night ; this hotel is really out in the middle of nowhere, and the nearest food options were literally several miles away. Finally had to settle for takeout from a gas station! Once we returned to the hotel after our fine dining experience, the restaurant was in fact open and the front desk clerk admitted she had told us it was closed because she didn’t know if any staff were going to come in so they could open it - wow!
The breakfast experience was notable for a rather hectic feeling and the woman in charge apologized for the wait explaining that they were “ short staffed”.
The room was a little noisier than most other Marriotts we’ve stayed in; could hear conversations in the adjoining rooms, road noise , etc. Not the typical Bonvoy experience.

2 busses of tennis players. Not a big deal but very loud above us. Too many ppl could not get breakfast. Water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Nice place in great location on the highway. Arrived late at night and sign was at desk saying be back soon. After 15 minutes staff person arrived to check me in.

Waited 15 minutes for a girl to come check us in (she was on a personal phone call and once she saw us, she stuttered and asked if we needed something). Bistro wasn’t open (7:20pm). Our TV didn’t work and our room was musty smelling. Went to the pool which is more like a large bathtub. Someone else who was trying there asked the same front desk girl to turn the fireplace on. She took over 20 minutes to come out and turn it on and by that time, the group was tired of waiting and went to their room. Tried to go to the bistro for the morning but they didn’t have fruit, so we left for 30 minutes then came back. Bistro closed again! 9:30 am. I would never recommend this place.

We like this property for its location, convenient right off I77 but also in a quiet location with a nature walk near by.
The property is very well kept, and the rooms are clean.
At the Bistro, the food is great, and the people working there are very courteous and great servers.

TV gave us trouble. No volume the first night. Front desk sent someone to fix on the following day. Bathroom shower needed some repair/maintenance. Otherwise it was a pretty nice hotel.

I just stayed a night with my puppy and it was perfect. The staff was so helpful as I came in with an arm full of stuff and an excited puppy. She checked me in and got me to the elevator quickly because we had been driving for 9hrs at that point. I didn’t hear a soul on my floor even though the parking lot was full so there had to be guests. The room was layer out nicely and roomy for us. The bed was so comfortable we went right to sleep.

The stay was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in in a long time. The ONLY complain was that there wasn't a free breakfast of any sort, but everything else waa excellent.....quiet, clean, comfortable!

It was very clean and nice. Staff was pleasant and professional. The beds however were not very comfortable. It was right off the exit and easy to find. Nice place for an overnight stay while traveling.
