Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful view. Nice room overall. However, the mattress needs to be replace. I sunk in on my side of the bed and I am only 160lb. My wife noticed it right away. The pillows were also too high.

Spa was broken which was deciding factor of choosing this hotel, disappointed that it wasn’t disclosed prior to and that no compensation etc was taken into account for this.
There were quite a few other options in the area for us to stay for less (even with bay views) but specifically selected for a spa amenity.

Phenomenal!!! I ended up staying in both the balcony Harbor and the courtyard- best of both worlds!!
Best staff too- I’m a germaphobe and rooms are superiority clean! I will be back often!

The room didn’t match at all the pictures on the site. And it was nowhere near 400 sq feet. It’s not a cottage, unless you are taking crazy liberties with the word. Its’s a pretty standard hotel room, disappointing. Bed was hard. Not a good value. Best part of it was the valet in the morning was very nice.

Beautiful property but we did not know that for rooms higher than 4th floor there is no elevator so you need to use external stairs to access floors 5,6,7… Lucky there is valet service for the luggage but going in and out of hotel for visits and meals was a challenge. Also, no room service so we had to go up and down stairs.

We had a view of the harbor which was very nice. What I did not like is that the beds were high for an ADA room. It was a bit hard for my husband to transfer into the bed from his chair. Other than that, beautiful hotel in scenic area

I honestly was impressed by everything. It is also close by restaurants and cafes. You can see the ocean right across the street. It’s so peaceful. It’s beautiful. I loved my stay. I will do it again. Thank you.

Spacious room and bathroom with wonderful view from balcony, that felt very private. The front staff were very personable and adjoining restaurant, Poggio, was very welcoming even though we only went there for dessert. I wish we had eaten there for dinner.

Loved the tranquil, private courtyards with outdoor sofas and fire pits. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Jim at the front desk went way above and beyond to help me with my reservation and plans, and made me feel very taken care of right from check-in. I'll be back!

For parking, I recommend unloading in front of hotel, they offer complimentary valet parking. Vehicle will be parked across or the next parking lot over from hotel, parking is complementary. That is a BIG bonus in the city setting. lol
Hotel was very nice, clean, staff was amazing. Gym was small, but perfect with one of each main machine you would need. Gym is located in the area of the spa, you have free access to the steam shower. Room was great, spacious with a balcony to sit on. bathroom was amazing, walk in shower, big bathtub, no jets which is a plus (personally I don’t like jets, cleaner without jets). Great location, close to main heart of the city, lots of restaurants, ice cream, coffee, shopping options. The Sausalito Ferry is maybe 5 mins walking from hotel, we took the ferry to SF, spent the day and Uber back to hotel, about 37.00 for Uber, 41.00 for ferry- 2 Adults 1 kid. Highly recommend hotel, we will definitely stay here again.
