The room was clean & comfortable, & the bed was comfortable. That’s all we needed.

It was an ok stay for 1 night. We booked for a wedding nearby. The shuttle for the wedding was picking us up around 1:30 so when we got there around 1, I was really hoping to get checked in early. After accepting a room we didn't book just to get checked in early, the guy at the front desk told me there would be a $35 early check-in fee. I asked if the room totals would be the same but he said the price couldn't be reduced because I booked it via 3rd party. I then asked since it was only 2 hours and we're not getting the room we wanted could they waive the fee? He proceeded to act like he didn't hear me... I was already stressed out about getting in our room and ready in 30 mins that I just gave him my card. I understand early checkin policy but every hotel i've ever been to that I've tried to do early checkin, they have always been accommodating. I've never ever paid an early check-in fee especially when there was already a room available and it was a room we didn't even book. Definitely need to teach front desk a little bit more customer service skills.

We had an issue with the toilet tank refilling every three minutes throughout the night. Didn’t bother us too much, but had to hold the handle down to flush.

Hot tub was relaxing.

It’s a really nice hotel for the price. Overall property is very nice. Beds are comfortable. AC works wonderfully which is rare these days. Great pool & hot tub. Above all the staff is outstanding; quick to offer help & personally (quickly with a smile) brings all you need to your room so you can stay relaxed (this truly is a rare trait for even the best hotels). Staff not only knew my name but my 3 kids as well & always greeted us with a genuine openness. We’ve been here 4 days & it’s been entirely a positive experience.

Everything was great.

The assigned room(304) smelled like mold, i asked front desk to assign me another room that did not have that strong odor and they did without any hesitation. Also the price per night ($200.00 ) is way too high for what this place offered, inside , it looked outdated and that old mold smell. This motel needs total renovation, or drop their price per night in half. Would not go back again. We go there for Air Show every year.

The rooms were spacious, really liked the double vanity, beds were very comfortable. The front desk clerk was smoking out front and when he came in he commented that we were an hour before checking started. I apologized that, yes, I knew we were early but wasn't sure how traffic was going to be because of the air show. He then muttered under his breath that it was his last break before "regular" check in. He then did not engage with me until I needed to sign for the our vehicle.

Location and staff are excellent

Decent clean hotel. Breakfast options lacking proteins but there's a McDonald's nearby (walking). Room was small but comfortable.

Great experience. The hotel was clean, and staff were friendly. Easy parking and safe area. Not too far from the Oregon coast, Salem or Portland.

i liked that dining was close, too bad not within walking distance. except mcdonalds. i didn't like the "it's time for you to leave" call at less than 5 minutes after checkout time.

Nice room’s friendly staff

Due to a busy weekend we had to pay the vet 300 for the stay. Certainly not worth the value.

Great breakfast and pool, and lovely suite to accommodate our family and visiting grandparents. Very convenient to air museum and not too far from city center.

No "Do not disturb" placards where provided. Cleaning staff attempted to gain entry as I was asleep, then laughed and stayed and kept the door open for a few minutes, even after beenimg repeatedly asked to leave. Nice hotel, and desk staff where very nice, but would not return as i value my privacy

Night manager was rude and unfriendly.
