Very comfortable. Allowed an early check-in.

It’s not all five star at all. There are a wonderful places to stay in Argentina. This is not one of them. It’s more like a 2 to 3 star hotel. Plain rooms, dirty carpet, little service, I mean it’s fine but it’s like a 2 to 3 star. I’ve stayed at a five star Buenos Aires and there are great. This is not one of them simply false advertise.

I stayed only overnight so I didn’t need much.
However, my credit card was cloned there and it was the only time were I have taken my credit card out of my wallet.
The following day I went there to speak with the manager and the manager of the front desk received my promising that was going to investigate the issue and get back to me but I have never heard back from him.
I was never offered anything for the inconveniences that all these was costing me…

Definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As all the negative reviews say. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.
You cannot do business from this hotel. I had misfortune if staying here for 8 nights. I asked for an iron every morning (the rooms do not have them). It never arrived despite multiple assurances it would. The room does not have power in the bedroom, only the bathroom so forget charging your devices here. The staff do not care. It was my first time visiting Argentina and this hotel makes me not want to come back.

Nothing like the photos. Hotel lobby nicest thing about it. Room was dated and curtains broken. Some electrical plugs didn't work. Beds were fraying. Poor quality for what we paid for.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was very nice. Not this time.
Our room was #818. When we arrived, we noticed the safe was not working so we called the front desk. Someone came immediately and fixed it. Then we found out the toilet handle and television did not work. The toilet was quickly fixed but after reporting two more times, the television was never fixed. I guess it wasn’t considered a priority.
The room was clean. Good strong shower with nice hot water. Bed mattress was very old and lumpy and the sheets did not smell freshly cleaned.
Front desk was absolutely not helpful. I asked if they sold stamps and was told no. Then I asked if I could mail post cards and the receptionist rudely replied, “no we do not have that kind of service and the post office is closed so you cannot mail anything.” A vendor outside advised us where we could buy postage and mail our postcards (a block away). It’s sad a “5 star” hotel provided such poor service. Not the hotel I remember from my last visit.
Also, two other ladies who were on our cruise were mugged near the hotel and they advised the staff didn’t offer any kind of assistance when notified or offered to contact police.
I probably will stay at another hotel in the future.
