The place was amazing and very clean feeling I really liked the friendly welcoming once we entered the place for check-in

Staff was very kind and helpful but room had a terrible moisture smell of wetness. Room was decent but the smell was just horrible. I didn’t get settled in until after midnight and was just focused on resting.

Everything was lovely. However, our room had a very damp feeling and smell. Overall the stay was great. The beds and linens are clean and comfortable.

The first room on first floor had a terrible mildew odor. Second room on second floor same. Third room on third floor same. Tried three rooms before deciding to leave. I canceled the complete stay. The customer service on the other hand was fantastic! She tried to accommodate but just wasn't successful. I even tried next door at the Quality Inn and the odor was bad and a big spider in the shower. So disappointed in both hotels.

Everyone is so nice and polite. They make you feel like family. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean. Very nice.

The service was amazing, but I did deal with some plumbing issues while present. The bed was also firmer than anticipated… I say that as I’ve stayed at the location a couple of other times and the beds on the 2nd floor just seem better.

Let me start by saying I dont typically complain and I read the reviews to ensure a good nights rest. The staff were very nice and attentive, but the problems just werent resolvable. Lady at front desk stated there had been a room flooded a couple weeks ago, but if problems this bad existed, they should have held off business until resolved. First of the 2 rooms I got had heavy smoke odor and loose tiles in bathroom. 2nd room was musty. Both rooms left a moist filmy feeling on the skin. Water had a "taste" that carried into the juice and coffee at breakfast. Water stains on ceilings, we were jn second floor but thought the flooding had happened on first floor, which is why she said we were placed on the second floor. Bright red light blinked on phone, all night with no way to turn it off. Bathtub was gritty. Room was set to 62 and freezing upon entry. Bulb to bedside light didnt work. Wardrobe rattled and sounded like it would tip when walked across room. It increased to 68 but didnt seem to change the air temp. I will not get another comfort inn for sure. .

Very friendly and professional staff. Bed and linens and water pressure were great. Beginning to show some wear in shower walls, lampshades, walls.

Room was comfortable. The only downside was a strong odor in the room. It was really noticable and we think it might have been a recent cleansing of some sort. Breakfast buffet was was ok with the usual eggs and sausage cereals etc.

the coffee machine was not working, with no backup. the clerk gave us a couple of extra room coffee packs, but the room machine leaked water.
