Overall this place was nice and comfy. Room was clean, no bugs, comfortable beds clean room. Only bad thing was our heat didnt work it was kind of cold for me. Also could of used a few more pillows. Plenty of parking. Nice short walk across the street to the beach which has a nice pier.close to restaurants and convenience stores. Good place to stay for families!

Hotel was just ok, carpet was dirty my granddaughters feet were dirty from walking on it, price was reasonable for St. Augustine night of lights, they changed for an additional car parking my daughter drove separately coming from a different area, we also left early our car breaks went bad.

It was very good stay. I did wake up with very sore back from pillows or bed, maybe both. That was the only issue we had. Short walk to beach was awesome. We walked and dined close to motel and very convenient. Of course the excellent weather helped. I would stay there again for sure.

When we arrived to check-in at about 4:30 pm, She asked me if I was voting on Tuesday, I told her that I already voted. I said I voted blue, and she proceeded to tell me I made a big mistake. I said, "My choice, my vote!" She said "No, you're wrong" I was uncomfortable the 2 night stay. I did not sleep well while I was there.

Stay was fine, no complaints about that. Several family members booked at the same hotel so there was some confusion during check in. But other than that, I have nothing negative to say about the stay.

beach. Inaccurate description regarding restaurant, and bar on site. There was one right next door. Not impressed with food or service at Salt Life. Very small pool. Old hotel with some upgrades, but does need some work. I will say it was very, very clean, and quiet!

Call the office to complain that tv was stuck on Spanish language and clerk stated that was higher channels. So for the two nights I stayed I had two channels in English

It was a rainy day, so we decided to check in at 2pm and wait for the rain to stop. The hotel was not busy, I'd guess less than 10% of the rooms were occupied. Even though our room was ready, we were told there was a $10 fee to check in before 3pm. I have traveled on business for over 30 years, and NEVER heard of such a thing. Late check out fee, yes, but NEVER a fee to check in an hour early if the room is ready. I do not mind paying for what I get, but I hate to be cheated and nickled and dimed to death. Plus there was NO CLOCK in the room, the my wife wanted to take a bath but could not because the tub did not have a stopper.

The check in process was weird. A lady that barely spoke English started checking me in then out of nowhere a younger guy walked up and took over. He was rude!! The only thing this place has going for them is the location. The room was dirty, beds were very uncomfortable, rude staff, and lots of noise and outside lights from the restaurant next door.

The convenience to the park was good. The A/C in the room is very weak. There is no stopper for the bath tub which mafe it difficult to bathe our grand kids.

I always enjoy staying here. It is always very clean and the location is great. I see that they have certain ammenities advertised that aren't available though. There are no microwaves and there isn't a hot tub available. This isn't an issue for me, but something I have seen advertised when booking. There is a swimming pool that is always well kept, checking in and out is always super easy.
