Everything was great from the wonderful gentleman that checked me in to my check out. TV worked great. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Nice refrigerator, with freezer. Room was clean, lots of charging ports for electronics. I didn't use the WI-FI, so not sure about it.

The owner would come out to parking lot every time a vehicle pulled in and would ask what their business is? Very rude in your face time of questioning. Outdated rooms. Will not be back.

The room was pretty clean. The hairdryer didn’t work but the manager brought us a new one. The ac unit was very loud and would turn off and on multiple times throughout the night waking us up, but overall it was a good room for the price.

The pool was closed the entire time. Laundry unavailable. It was just not good. But can't expect too much from a cheap hotel. We made due however

Upon first look the room doesn’t look too bad. But once you lay down the pillows are falling apart and fluffing is coming out. The mattress was stained and gross. The microwave had rust and looked like had blown up in there it was disgusting and unusable.

manager very rude and not helpful. cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful but very overwhelmed with work and still was very friendly and helped as much as possible. rooms where old and need revamped and new management. water was only got manager blamed on the weather.air conditioning didn’t work and it was 120 degrees.no cold water and no ac not good. pay alittle xtra and stay at a better hotel.

All good. No stopper on bathtub so could only take shower. Not the best location and the exterior of the place left a little to be desired. The room itself was clean and functional. Bathtub/shower combo did not have a stopper so couldn’t take a bath.

The most disgusting and filthy place I have ever stayed. I used towels to wipe the floor and three towels were black with dirt. Pillows are yellow inside the pillowcases with hair on them. I asked Jay to make this right and I would leave and stay elsewhere and he said no. Luckily Expedia made it right as a one time courtesy and we left the property. NEVER AGAIN!! Would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I’ve stayed in budget friendly motels before, and I woulda toughed this one out, had it not been so bad, but when my grandsons fingers and knees were black with filth from crawling, we had to go!

I never write reviews…but I feel compelled since I ha e stayed here like 10-15 times. I either stay at the Nautical or here…depending on how my money situation. This place is a GREAT value! Owner is very responsive if there is a problem. My jetskis have always been ok parking overnight. If you are just hanging out at the lake…and coming back to sleep…this so the place!
