We were originally in the basement and the room was disgusting. Dirty, bugs everywhere, poor condition, AC/heat was either boiling or freezing. We were then placed in another room and it was okay. Sadly someone had set the alarm in the room to wake up at 530am so that really ruined what should’ve been a peaceful rest. Overall disappointing and certainly not worth the money.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Basement rooms are small but comfortable. Booked through a site. Booked a night last minute directly through the hotel and was a nicer and bigger room. Walking distance to all of down town.

I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly. My room was clean and well presented, and the location can't be beat. I was able to walk a short distance to catch a city bus, and parking was always available on-site. The only thing a bit disappointing is that the pancake machine for breakfast is only available in the summer. We missed it by a week or two. I wish it was available year round.

Nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are smaller than you'd expect but the location is good. I was disappointed by how quickly the parking spaces filled up but at least they had overflow parking that was a 4 minute walk away. Be aware that Fionn's has live performances (at least on the Friday that I was there). I did mind it, but others may be bothered by how loudly it can be heard from the room.

Cute little hotel very clean and comfortable, limited tight parking. Breakfast is very continental, basically breads and cereals muffins and yogurt but nicely presented , fresh and clean in dining area. I would stay again

The room itself was clean but incredibly small … the bathroom was very tiny and there was barely room to walk around the bed. The bed was also not comfortable… all this for an outrageously expensive price….and zero view of the water.

The room that I stayed was so small you can barely walk around and you can’t even put a lot of your belongings anywhere. I was also expecting a hot breakfast but instead just some pastries with coffee, tea, and juices. Not least but lastly, I had to go to front desk to reactive card keys several times during my 4 nights stay, which was ridiculous.

Was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. It felt severely understaffed at some moments and this is the first hotel I experienced having to request cleaning service. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and coffee shops. Secondary parking wasn't far but I can see how people find it inconvenient. The gym facility was very limited. The room felt modern and upkeep was evident.
