Very nice location. Relatively clean room, it wasn’t spotless but was mostly clean. Very cozy. The faucet in the bathtub wouldn’t stop dripping, but that’s not a big deal. Otherwise, the only issue was running out of toilet paper because there was no extra roll and the one provided was half used. However, restocking of towels and toiletries was available. Would definitely stay again

Lots of space in an excellent location close to the river. Comfortable beds and clean linens. We had a small dog and this was a good option for that situation. Somewhat dated fixtures. Fridge was a bonus but the Keurig did not work correctly. You have to order your replacement towels and other items for either delivery within a certain time or for pick up at the front desk. Not exactly convenient.

The room was great. Very Clean and comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The view of the skybridge and mountain side was perfect from our balcony. The location was perfect and with an entrance off River Road much easier to get in and out of Gatlinburg when traffic was heavy. We will certainly stay again. My only complaints are that the bed was very noisy anytime you moved and you couldnt shower without water getting everywhere, but those are minor and easily fixable, put a shower curtain in the shower and maybe a rug under the bed. Possibly set up the smart tvs with netflix and hulu or prime so guests can easily login. All in all it was a great trip and a wonderful stay.

It was rather expensive for the room. It had a squeaky bed and no bolt lock. It had a different picture on the hotels.com website. I would have never paid that much for that room other wise. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

We have been staying here for 5 years, and always pleased with the experience. However, this time was terrible. We brought friends, and both rooms were filthy, and very run down and unkept.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the sheets' elastic was non existent so the bottom sheets would not stay on. The room and bathroom had been remodeled so was pleasing and clean. The pool needs resurfacing, but it was too chilly to use while we were there. There are restaurants within walking distance and a free trolley will pick you up on the street outside. I like that the hotel is small. We were able to park our car right outside our room. We would stay here again if needed, but might opt for a hotel closer to the center of town.

We had a safe, comfortable and pretty roomy place to say, so that's the most important thing. My only 2 "concerns" were that the chairs on the deck were broken in the very middle and the beds were very high, especially for small kids, but i just put pillows on each side under the sheet and they did fine. Overall, we enjohed our stay, the staff was great and accomodating, and many things in Gatlingburg are close enough to walk to, even with kids in tow (but a stroller or wagon would be smart to take too.) Thank you! :)

Bed, floors and bathroom were clean. The jetted tub was a little hard to get in and out of, but otherwise so nice. They provided a service where you could place a door hanger on the outside of the door to let the maid service know what you needed instead of entering the room every day. The ladies at the front desk checking in were both welcoming and engaging with conversation. I would recommend this hotel for anybody. Location played a big part for me when booking as well. It is located directly behind Ober Mountain and within walking distance to anywhere in Gatlinburg.

We had never stayed here before and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has been updated and is just quaint and perfect for a nice little getaway. The staff is super friendly and nice. Love that it is a pet hotel. Our fur baby loved staying here. We will definitely come back.

Checked in was very nice, got to elevator and quickly learned the pics on the listing are fake! This place is filthy!! Garbage all over.. hair clumps in elevator. Got to room and was immediately overwhelmed with some sort of spray they must use to cover up whatever. Tv remote didn’t work, called front desk they came and reprogrammed it, but also asked if they could check all the drawers In bathroom cause the previous people left a bunch of stuff (guess the staff didn’t clean under the sink and stuff prior?) then sat down on bed to feel it slide on vinyl floor and a bunch of stuff under the bed was then found.. money, earplugs, and toenail clippings. Found blood on the wall, in a few places!! Hair in bathtub, floor, sink.. we complained.. they got back to us and said we could change rooms or leave? It was 10pm.. I wasn’t going to be able to find a place to stay, so me and husband grabbed cleaners and stayed in our clothes.. they got us a new room the next morning but it was maybe a bit better.. still overwhelmed with cleaner spray, and mold in shower, mold on floor trim, stains on doors.. air conditioner wouldn’t cool.. we finally said screw it and just left!! Went home an called our trip over.. I’m telling you the pics of this room ARE NOT THE ROOM you will get!!! It’s filthy!!

Front desk was amazing and so friendly, room was super clean. Our room was even better than what's pictured in the site. Modern with country charm. I loved their service/housekeeping option cards. Tons of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, we parked and didn't move our car til checkout. 10/10 recommend and will be back when we're in the area again.

Excellent help provided by staff. Parking is close for unloading. Each unit has a balcony overlooking the pool. This motel is on a busy road but nights were very quiet for sleeping. Grab N Go breakfast was good since everything had to be wrapped separately. Did not like the NO maid entry during stay. We stayed 6 nights and were asked to fill out a card when we needed washcloths, towels, etc. Yes, you could go to the office and have someone drop off the items, also. Ice is on the 3rd floor and wouldn't you know, the elevator was "OFF" 2 days of our stay. All in all, I would stay again.

Family trip. The room was very clean. Great location. Quiet. Except for the weird clicking of the ac, but that you got used to when slept. The hotel had a “grab and go breakfast” that was everything yOu could need to start you day. Overall, fun and enjoyable stay. Thanks.
